Spacious The rooms were very spacious. We are a family of five and we all had a comfortable nights sleep in the 2 queen suite. The indoor pool and outdoor pool were clean and the space inside was huge. I even extended my stay

Good just dirty sheets for one sofa bed Only bad experience was real dirty sheets on the pull out sofa bed. Front desk was quick to make sure we had clean sheets and extra pillows ASAP! Otherwise, great trip as always! We stay here with our family for every Florida family vacation we take as our half way stop!

Amenities are nice, rooms are dark and dingy The lobby and sitting areas are terrific if you want to grab a Starbucks and get to work or visit in the large indoor lobby area. Rooms are dark and dingy and our floor was wet and smelly. Bed was comfortable but it felt like an old 1 bedroom weekly rate motel.

Truly awful experience due to terrible room. We booked a “family room” which was described as a king room and a 2nd room with 2 twin beds. I expected something resembling a halfway decent hotel room kind of like a suite but with 2 twin beds in the separate area instead of a living room. Instead we walked to whole separate section of the hotel to a room directly across the hall from the pool- so if we opened our curtains to let any light in from the hallway everyone at the pool could look directly into our bedroom. The room has exactly 0 natural light as there are no exterior windows at all. It was dingey, damp, smelled like mildew and chlorine, and was dark as the 2 lamps did not give enough light. We arrived after a long car ride, exhausted. And while I would have normally put on my “Karen” pants and complained we just wanted to sleep and leave as soon as possible. This room truly felt and smelled and looked like a motel 6- but was much more $. Truly misleading advertising. I had 3 siblings who also stayed with their families but were fortunate to get rooms in the nicer part of the hotel and had good stays (it seems like an old open corridor motel was enclosed, and connected to the main hotel with a poor attempt to match some decor- it was gross and uncomfortable). I’ve had bad hotel stays and excellent ones in my life. This was the worst. Truly an embarrassment to the hotel that these rooms even exist and guests should get a warning before booking. When you check in, if your room is in the 700s or 800s ask to be moved immediately- unless you want to overpay for gross, damp, dark, smelly rooms that make you actually worry for the health of your little ones… all while enjoying the noise and traffic to and from the pool- and having any and everyone look directly into your bedroom if you dare let any artificial hallway light in. We slept and left as soon as possible. Will never stay again. We didn’t even get any doubletree cookies- which would have been the only positive- but alas I guess there were no positive unless you count not having to sleep in the car.

Was probably a nice hotel 25 years ago Room quality is like a Motel 6 with smaller bathrooms. I was working in Huntsville and decided to stay here 30 minutes away just for the benefit of a double tree. This is the worst double tree I have ever stayed in. Completely unimpressed.
