Great place to stay The experience I had at this particular location was nothing less than phenomenal. The customer service and care that the people at the front desk give is outstanding. If I could give 20 stars I would.. Now be really care to pick the right location because there is two locations for this experience make sure is 1200 FAU Research Park Blvd. Well if you are looking for a place to make a home away from Extended Stay America Premier Suites is the place. Shot out to the GM of this location your team rocks!

Very Nice Stay in Deerfield Beach! I stayed here for a week while my home nearby was being renovated. I researched this hotel online and saw mixed reviews. So I planned to stay one night and see how it went. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean/safe this hotel is. It exceeded my expectations. First, the staff is very good. Professional AND friendly. Specifically, the front desk staff (Kim, Lydia, Shantel) made me feel like family. Always polite and a smile to greet me in the morning. The manager (Jaquesta) is very professional and capable. Dorothy (housekeeper) is quite funny and always has a smile. These folks clearly enjoy working here. Secondly, this is a convenient location adjacent to I-95. It’s a quick drive to the Deerfield Beach pier and restaurants. I had meals delivered by both Instacart and Uber Eats. I took daily walks at the nearby huge apartment complex by SW 10th street. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here. The prices are reasonable, especially for stays of 7+ days.

Extended Stay America Deerfield Beach Florida We had always stayed at Extrnded Stsy America’s until and including 2023 However we had horrible experiences in 2023 This review is of the Extended Stay America Deerfield Beach Florida We had generated a credit card guaranteed reservation for 8 days in June of 2023 They say that if you are late they charge your card for the first night Our plane was delayed hours and we arrived at 3:00 AM - exhausted We were denied entrance and told that the night auditor cancelled our entire reservation I showed my email confirmation and the front desk employee held fast to the narrative that our reservation was cancelled I Insisted that she call a supervisor and finally we got a room at 4 AM In the morning when my wife entered the bathroom she found a 3 inch roach who was living rent free on our dime We captured the roach and brought it to the front desk and complained Next we went food shopping Upon our return we discovered that the refrigerator wasn’t working At that point we insisted upon a credit for the first night and a new room The manager of the hotel was a hard core nasty person and reluctantly gave us a half night credit We werethen directed to another room We trsnsferred all our luggage and food And went to work as this was a work trip At night we discovered that the bathroom in the new room had no hot water We reported this to the front desk At this point we were very tired and weary to switch to a third room We lived with cold water showers for four days until the plumber showed up unexpectedly early in the morning and displaced us from the room to fix the hot water For months I tried to contact Extended Stsy America Coroorste Guest Relations to ask for a credit for the other half of the first night I left multiple messages and no one ever responded NEVER AGAIN

Wonderful Place Staying at this Extended Stay was truly home away from home. I have never been more comfortable stay at a hotel . I must say this place was clean inside and out the staff is phenomenal. I ran into a few guest that was also very kind. If I could give 100 stars I would. If your in the Deerfield Fort Lauderdale area and debating on a hotel I promise you will not regret choosing Extended Stay premier now be careful there is two make sure you select 1200 FAU Research Park Blvd.

From room 112 They have the most excellent service to clean a ladies are very nice they have the most respectful people at this hotel I really enjoyed my stay any time I needed help they help me this is the best hotel
