Premium Rooms not worth it I was trapped in one of the 1 bedroom rooms because of the door. The lock wouldn’t open so maintenance had to remove the whole thing. Huge fire hazard. There was trash from precious guests in the room as well. The ceiling had water damage and was peeling. Not what I’d call premium. The breakfast was hot but not made to order. Hilton Diamond Members beware.

Clean and spacious Stayed in the king suite. Was pleasantly surprised with the spacious sitting room and bedroom. Carpet and furnishings appeared to be new. Large bathroom counter. Plenty of room to spread out. Two tv’s. Very clean. Nice hot breakfast. Very friendly staff. Easy to find right off 294.

Bad hotel. Look for other options. Stayed at the Embassy Suites Deerfield over 4th of July weekend. Facility was dirty, and seems to ignore many of the required Hilton franchise requirements. No manager's cocktail reception happy hour, scaled down breakfast (no cook to order as advertised), poor cleanliness, uninterested staff. To top it all off, was staying on 7th floor, supposedly the "premium" level & air conditioning was not working for hot weekend in Chicago. Temp was 79 degrees in room. Informed management/staff who said they would address. Next night was 81 degrees in room. Checked out & stayed at Marriott Courtyard in same area. Avoid!

Rough stay with a normally good hotel chain Didn’t enjoy the embassy suites this last weekend staff was not helpful and the room as well as the building was not clean. There was food left in the room and what looked like dog or cat droppings in the hall.

Decent No regulations with the pool or breakfast. The visitors were straight savages with the food and staff did nothing to control it and make it fair to EVERY paying guest. Pool was always busy and dirty. No limit to the amount of people at one time.
