Beautiful hotel Recently stayed at this hotel for some family fun at the waterslides and shopping at the mall. Easy location, easy parking. The front desk staff was friendly and polite. We were very pleased with the modern suite room, and were surprised with a card and cookies. The suite had lots of space and we were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was a hit, many healthy options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

Woken by construction at 6 a.m. Occasionally, we'll all be woken by a hotel guest rising early in the suite above. But this morning, I was startled out of a deep sleep by the sound of sawing overhead. It was just after 6 a.m. on a Friday. I listened to the sound of sawing, shuffling workboots and sweeping. But I needed rest. It was my first day back in Canada since the border had closed and I was reuniting with family members. My son, who was also awoken in the next room, had driven up from Southern California and arrived late the night before. He was exhausted and also needed the rest. I called the front desk and asked if there was construction going on in the unit above us. "It's 6 a.m.!," I said. The night clerk said he'd "look into it." I believe an effort was being made to be quieter, but it's not like the work stopped. I've made it through 5 decades of travel and hotel stays and this was a first. The only thing I could imagine was that this hotel hasn't been very full over the pandemic so forgot that it's primary purpose is giving people a good night's rest? The website warned of construction as part of a modernization project and our room and the 2nd level did look very nice. But travel is returning and this hotel needs to update its renovation program to better accommodate guests.

Newly Renovated Newly renovated, super clean and really nice. We get a breakfast in the morning. Next door is Brown's Social House. 2 huge TVs with a pull out couch and queen bed. Love it! Fridge and little kitchen area, separate sink from bathroom. Perfect for families.

Beautiful Renovation Love the fresh, modern update of the entire hotel from lobby to flooring, to wall covering, to fixtures, to furniture to an expanded fitness centre. Hotel staff very nice and responded to requests promptly. Very close to good restaurant that gives guest discount. Also very close to shopping and has a shuttle to bc ferry. We will stay here again when visiting friends in the area.

Excellent hotel to catch a ferry early the next day. Nice and clean, Great location for the ferry and also to shop at the Twassen Mills Mall. I loved it that it was pet friendly so next time I can bring my dog. The beds were good and comfortable and the front desk staff was helpful.
