Not loyal Hilton customer friendly. Not actually friendly at all. There's tons of other hotels downtown, stay there. I attempted to check in early. Nope. That's fine as they indicated they were sold out the night before. But they didn't take my name or number. They ushered me to the "holding zone" - an elevated lobby area and I worked from there. I was told to not even think about coming back to the desk until the 4 pm check in time. While there, I watched roughly 35 people check in between noon and 4 pm. Why not me - a loyal ten year diamond member with Hilton? I was told my room type wasn't available until exactly 4 pm. Not buying that lie. Three sides of the hotel have a lovely view of downtown. Guess which one I got. The one that didn't. The app had 12 rooms of my room type available before I checked in including floors 20, 19, 18 , 15, 13, etc....but out of 20 floors, I was put on floor 7. Now the car. So, I valeted the car and told the valet that I needed to leave at 3 am for the airport. He said the front desk would have the keys. I told the same story to the front desk, and they confirmed, as the valet was closed overnight. I got back from seeing a show last night and asked for my key so I could put the roof up as my car was sitting outside and hadn't been moved. I get up this morning and guess what? No one can get me my car keys nor find the security guard who told me the night before he'd be the one to see for my key. Fifteen minutes went by before I got the keys to my car that was sitting in front of the hotel. I allowed for that as it's happened before at many Hiltons as I try to catch an early flight home. The rooms are odd. The bed is on an elevated platform that you forget is there in the middle of the night in a dark room. The lighting is dim to say the least. There's no shower soap but there is the fixture it's supposed to be attached to. And the toilet roll holder was knocked off the wall which I took a picture of the moment I got to the room so as to not be charged for it. The best part of the entire hotel is the "holding area". Use it but don't stay here.

Maid walked into our room 3 times during normal guest hours I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this hotel. It made me feel unsafe. First, my room was not ready until after 4pm even though I booked weeks in advance and the hotel policy guarantees a room by 4pm. We were late getting to our dinner reservation because of this. Next, a maid walked into our room 3 different times when they had no business coming into our room. The first time was around 5:30pm soon after we checked in. The maid did a quick knock then walked into the room. There was no time to answer the door and no chain to lock the door. The second time was a round 9am the next morning and the same thing happened— a quick knock and then the maid walked in while we were lying in bed. I thought this meant we needed to hurry and check-out. As we were rushing to get our stuff to leave, a maid walks into our room for a third time right before 10 am!! Absolutely unbelievable! I’ve never had a maid come during these hours and never one that wouldn’t wait for you to answer the door. When we get to the lobby to check-out, I ask about the maid situation and their response was, “that’s weird” and I found out that our check-out time was at 11am. So why did a maid come into our room twice that morning before check-out time? And why did the maids keep waltzing into the room without waiting? Because we checked out at 10am, I lost our ability to use our $30 breakfast food credit (I am a diamond member). Horrible experience, I’m just glad I wasn’t traveling alone and had a friend with me.

Embarrassingly bad This is a typical plain vanilla Hilton property with a cozy restaurant downstairs. The staff was extremely disrespectful though. The internet would not work and the staff were simply saying "too bad". Hands down the worst hotel stay I've had in years. An absolute embarrassment.

Fine for a few days The hotel was nice. My room was generally ok. It was very dark and my window opened up to a wall I believe. There didn’t feel like sufficient space either. I was placed in an accessible room which may have been why the layout felt a little different. My bathroom was ok. The accessible shower was quite annoying because water spilled everywhere as the shower wasn’t enclosed. The staff were awesome and it was a pleasant stay overall.

Solid choice for either work or vacation! The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the room was fantastic! The fitness center was clean and had plenty of equipment, too. And the hotel location is good; both near restaurants and not too far from Denver Union Station. I would definitely stay here again!
