Anniversary weekend getaway We were greeted with friendly faces and staff. The room was comfortable and quite spacious, from bedding to showers, as well as lounging in main room. Wife and I enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant, we both had ribeye with garlic potatoes and veggies.. Also, we got to relax by the fire pit outside while taking in the beautiful night sky's.

Decent stay The hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, good access to I-70, and the room was clean (although somewhat dated). However, the general location of the hotel is not great-there’s a marijuana dispensary across the street, nothing within walking distance and two pole cameras in the parking lot for security. I was also initially double charged for parking but luckily the charge was removed a few days after checkout. I may consider staying here again.

Definitely not coming back This was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. The room heat/ac fan was so loud, noise from the atrium just echoes into the room- from late night guests partying to 5am breakfast staff yelling and pans clattering. We called the front desk at 11pm one nt to get help w the partying and got dismissed. There is more consideration for 'quiet hours' in a campground then here. This disappointment was only surpassed by the ancient pull out sofa bed- if a member of ownership/management spent 1 night on that bed they wld all be thrown out the next day - it was that ridiculous. The pool and hot tub were nice until the second day we unsuspectly stepped into a cold hot tub. I cld only wish the very good, made to order breakfast cld make up for all the rest, but yea, not so much. Our family will not be back.

Horrible experience dealing with rude unprofessional staff. I stood one night at the hotel. I got charged $480.00 for parking for one night. When I tried to resolve it with the hotel because that is the number on the receipt. I have been trying to resolve it now for 4 days. I was told by staff member Naomi that there was not accounting and that she would give the receipt to the manager that I emailed. I was told that the manager would take care of it Tuesday morning and when I called, I was told that the manager will not be in until 3pm and that he would call me when he gets in. I did not get a call and so I called the next morning and staff member was very rude and stated that she does not know where the manager is with it. I asked when he will be in so I can speak with him. Naomi stated that it varies and then hung up on me. When the person from my bank called Naomi, she was very rude to her, yelling and hung up on her. I still have not got this resolved.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT'S A SCAM! THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. Never again! We stayed there july 27th 2024 for 2 nights and they are a scam! i payed at the checkout and when i got home they charged my card again and refuse to pay it back! we call that stealing! i emailed them 3 times but no response!!! time for legal action...be warned! this is not the first time this happens!!!!
