Clean We loved the rooms. Nice and big. Very clean. The breakfast was good but no longer free. I wish they told me when I booked. The location was great for sight seeing. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like logs. No free parking either. It was 15 a night.

Great Value in Cherry Creek / Denver Hotel is clean. Rooms are large, clean. Staff is very helpful. Bar is open till around 10pm, and the lobby is a great place for small (2-3 people) meetings. There are no hotels at this level that are any better in Denver. Great value for the money. I'll come back.

Unprofessional front desk staff Standard line front desk not helpful or curious towards the guest , most important messing with guest credit card by making unauthorized transaction without the knowledge of the guest , it happen on Friday night and has to wait till Monday morning as manager was not on duty , morning when I ask for manager the front desk staff again answer rudely he is busy for two hours cannot meet , I have to roam around for one hour to catch up with manager who on meeting agree for the mistake, Secondly again the front desk staff not billing the guest account rightly doing what looks best to them e.g in place of confectionary which must have cost me not more than 10 dollars they charged me two breakfast for 16 dollars which I did not go for it. I am wondering if my remaining security deposit will be reverted back or no Hotel does not matter , attention to the details manner , it looks like thee front staff is the owner of Hyatt place , very dissapointed experince being tourist to USA from UAE is a chunk of money spent for such vacations .

It was ok if you set your expectations low, you'll like it The hotel was ok. Certainly, an old hotel that has been "renovated". If you need a place to crash for a reasonable price, it would probably be suitable. We noticed a weird musty smell in the lobby during our entire stay, but ran the AC fan in our room the entire time so it wasn't too bad in there. The water pressure was average. there wasn't a vanity mirror in the room if that is something you need. The location was decent, and it was a reasonable price. That is why we stayed there.

Good Hyatt Experience Room was spacious and comfortable. the bed was really hard, I would have preferred more of a comfortable pillow type mattress. Loved the shower The breakfast was ok. Fairly good variety. Still some room for improvement (perhaps some type of breakfast roll or croissant .
