Very old and Awful The minute we arrive to this hotel we got a bad impression, two bell men standing chatting to each other who did not greet us and the Uber driver had to ask for a bell cart and load it himself. The entry way rug was dirty and had a lump of gum on it and the lobby looks old and dirty. The room itself smelled very badly, like damp AC and the floor was dirty it had crumbs on it. At check in we were told the room would be cleaned each 3 days due to staff shortages. This hotel needs a total re do. I am so surprised at all tehe good reviews, We did not even sleep there as we did not feel it was clean.

JW Marriott made my job easy! I can't say enough great things about Leorah, Sean, and their staff! They made our event outstanding with their customer service and accommodating every request we made whether it was planned or a last minute request. Don, was so awesome and had a constant smile on his face. I will repeat events here any chance I get.

Loved our stay at the JW! The staff of the JW was hospitable and welcoming - from the valet, to the front desk, to the housekeepers. Service came first in every aspect. Rooms were great - clean and spacious. Toro (the restaurant) is amazing! Fantastic margaritas. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Good but not great Nice hotel and great location. Service okay. Room was not particularly clean with an old Q-tip on the bathroom floor and unsealed mouthwash on the counter (yuck) to greet me upon arrival. Level of clean varied during my stay with one decent cleaning of the room. Most days bed made, towels replaced but nothing cleaned or wiped down. Hotel ran out of washcloths (never had that happen before). A tissue remained in the hall on the carpet near the elevator for the entire week. Hoped each day it would be gone, but it was always staring at me as I exited the elevator. We had a business dinner (to be clear, not from the restaurant Toro but rather the hotel catered it) which was okay, not great. Food slightly warm and not amazing. They tried. Seemed understaffed. The folks there for business experienced terrible support from Sales - equipment shipped to the hotel for meetings was misplaced and phone calls not answered, messages not returned, panic ensued.

Great hotel, super location My wife and I came to Denver for a wedding and we were very pleased staying at JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek. We spent 3 nights there and the service and cleanliness was impeccable, very friendly staff... we also enjoyed very much the location to nearby restaurants and shops.
