First visit to Denver Great location with restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly welcome from Nicole. Great communication before our arrival -so we could plan ahead. Beautifully appointed room and breakfast (prepared by Stevie) was just perfect. Water cooler down stairs so you could stay hydrated to combat the altitude. Cookies baked daily and tea/ coffee always on hand. Communal fridge to store food if required. Highly recommend!

Loved it! The Queen Anne was great improvement from staying at chain hotels for the previous 5 nights! What a lovely inn with beautifully decorated rooms, friendly innkeeper and staff and great amenities. Free off-street parking was a big plus! The rooms were large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the private garden in the back and sat out there in the afternoon and read, and then had breakfast outside. The food was delicious! We went to a Rockies game and it was a convenient 20 minute walk to Coors Field. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast!!

Best Stay Ever for a Girls Weekend! I just had my bachelorette party here (rented the entire B&B) and I am obsessed with this place, it was so wonderful and exceed all expectations. All of the rooms had so much charm - the artists lofts especially are enormous! everyone absolutely loved their rooms (comfy beds, very good AC which was great in the heat, super clean). At the risk of sounding ageist, I was a little nervous about booking out the B&B for my bachelorette because I was picturing a quiet elderly couple staffing the B&B that might not love interacting with a group of 12 mid-30s women. But that was not the case at all - all the staff are very cool/friendly/artsy and will match your vibe (i.e., will chat if you want to chat or leave you alone if you want quiet) Nicole really took care of us and was very attentive and helpful and easy to talk to. The breakfast was delicious - especially the fresh pesto that Stevie (chef) made from scratch each morning. One of my friends had to leave for a flight at 5am and Stevie & Nicole (w/out us having to ask) left her a little to-go bag of muffins and oranges (since she was leaving before breakfast) + a nice note. The owner even came by and said hi to us, gave us Denver recommendations, and explained the history of the b&b which involved bringing in a bunch of local artists to design all the rooms. It's a very cool place. The B&B is right across the street from a nice big park, and a short walk or very short drive to RiNo neighborhood where we spent a lot of time. The first night our group sat on the big back patio in the garden and ordered pizza and drank wine and I just felt so comfortable like I was hanging in a good friends cute backyard. I just can't say enough good things about this place but will stop here for now!

Great Place! As Advertised! Just an incredibly hospitable and comfortable B&B near downtown Denver. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had good luck with weather and were able to take our *delicious* breakfasts in the beautiful garden each day. We stayed in the Rooftop room and it was exactly as described on their website - we did take advantage of soaking in the hot tub after a day hiking in nearby RMNP. Multiple restaurant, bar, and dessert options within a few blocks walk. Warning - if accessing the Queen Anne from the interstate, you will have to drive through rough-looking parts of downtown Denver - don't panic, that pretty much abates by the time you get here. Would absolutely stay here again!

Awesomeness! We don't often stay at bed & breakfast, but this place was awesome. Once we got our codes & figured out (by calling ahead) how to get in, it was easy/breezy. Our breakfast this AM was fresh & phenomenal, and there were several choices...I heard the owner was cooking and he got an A++ We stayed in the Aspen Room it had a couple tiny boo-boos (I'm sure from wear and tear) and we had to be careful we didn't bonk our heads, but it was very quaint & very cozy. The walls were a beautiful hand painted mural. Everything was clean and updated awesomely in this older home. Definitely would stay there again! Only one small snag, my husband just had his hip replaced 3 weeks ago and we didn't get the memo that we were on the 3rd floor, but all went well.
