Such a great place We really enjoyed the stay and the rooms are so original and cute. Staff was friendly and super accommodating. The only thing I would change is to have coffee room service prior to 7am.

Updated Rooms are Perfect! Rooms are recently updated and were fabulous. Bed and sheets were so comfortable. Bathroom was updated and the claw foot tub was perfect after a long day of traveling. Rooms over look the train station, but the room was sound proofed and we did not hear noise from the trains. Fun bars, restaurants and coffee shops all right there in the station. The staff is very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience, but too expensive for the Crawford I booked a room for $500. Total bill with parking, taxes, and fees was $700. Lovely hotel with a really helpful and friendly staff. But that's not a reasonable bottom line price for the Crawford.

Great location but bad housekeeping Location at Union Station is very convenient. Small room but to be expected in an historic building. We stayed for 2 days and saw housekeeping once at 5:00 PM! We were getting dressed to go out and told housekeeping to come back later. They never did. Bed was never made. Never got clean towels. Very bad experience!

Great stay for concert or game Stayed at the Crawford for a concert weekend. Location is great, took the A train from DIA directly to Union Station ($10 and a pleasant 30-49 minute trip). Check in was simple and we were able to get into our room early. Grabbed a late lunch / early dinner at one of the restaurants in Union Station (there are several good ones), enjoyed our free ice cream cone (just show your room key) and took the free ride service provided by the hotel within 2 mile radius to Empower Field for the concert. Taxi’d home though could have taken the light rail train and headed back to DIA the next morning via A train. Room was really comfortable (Loft) and unique, everything worked as advertised (AC, bathroom, very comfortable bed). Overall outstanding experience for a 1-2 night stay in downtown Denver with great access.
