Nice boutique hotel Unique boutique style hotel. Smaller than what I expected. The restaurant was good, I had the potatoes and chicken sausage for breakfast, very tasty. Great location and walking distance to 16th Street Mall. Parking is a bit pricey and the garage is secured.

Bad customer service I stayed here for a week in the second week of June. My flight was delayed for several hours. I arrived late at the hotel. I talked to the front desk person for not possibly charging for the night I didn't stay. She assured me that they wouldn't. I proceeded to stay for three nights. At checkout I checked again and was told that I wasn't charged for the first night. Later I found that I was. I called but couldn't get a hold of the person responsible. They said they would call me back. Nobody did. I called again a few weeks later as the charge was still there. The director of operations first told me that the charge was not theirs, it was the credit card company's charge for no show. I said this doesn't make any sense. He then admitted that it was the hotel's charge but they are not going to refund it based on the policy. I told him but I was assured of that when I stayed here. He dismissed that completely. If you were not going to refund the charge, then why did you promise it? This is deceitful and bad customer service. Not staying here again.

Embarrassingly old! The only reason I’m giving this hotel two stars is because some of the staff at the front desk are so nice but honestly Hilton should be embarrassed to rent rooms like this. You will suffer in this hotel if you have asthma or insomnia. The room is so small that you’re literally stuck to the Wall unit AC that is so loud guaranteed it’s going to keep you up all night. There are no luggage racks. There is no dish soap for the soap in the bathroom next to the sink, so I’m not sure once you open the soap box and use it what you’re supposed to do with it. The wall unit makes so much noise. I called the front desk and they sent over engineering and the engineering told me there’s nothing they can do and that I should switch my room. I called back to front desk and they told me it’s the same in every room and this is the best they can do. Again, I have to repeat myself if you suffer from insomnia or are a light sleeper this is not the place you wanna stay. Every time someone opens the door it slams and shakes your room so you will definitely hear that too. I’m going to post pictures of the old rusted picture fixtures and pictures that should’ve been replaced 20 years ago.

Great downtown hotel! Loved the lobby and themed rooms at the hotel, very unique! Front desk was so friendly at checkin (Monday night June 10th) as well. Only downside was housekeeping on Tueaday morning. I'm not sure if they have door stoppers or not but should because the banging of the doors as they go in and out of rooms is quite loud. Other than that, it's a great hotel in a fantastic location.

Curtis Denver Doubletree Hotel Loved the cookies and bottled water provided upon check-in and request. Everyone working were so congenial and professional. The bed was so comfortable!! The Corner Office restaurant’s breakfast and dinners were fantastic!!! The only thing that was missing was an indoor pool but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay !!!
