Nice - but not a Ritz experience The property is nice, but it isn’t quite what is expected from a Ritz. From the check-in that took about 20 minutes, it was clear that the white-glove experience that should be quintessentially Ritz. The accommodations are nice, although I feel it is time for some updates. - no easily accessible plug at the desk for a computer (I literally had to move the desk) - the carpet has seen better days PRO’s - The bed, however, was amazing. - And it was nice and dark

Never Ever Again !! My wife and I were booked as part of a VIP concert package at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We were very disappointed to find out that the Ritz Carlton Denver does not have a swimming pool, but since this was a package deal, we resigned ourselves that we would just do without one of our favorite amenities. Well, after checking in and getting settled in our room, I am stunned and a bit mortified at how disgusting the floor and carpeting is ! In addition to not having a pool, the Ritz apparently doesn't have a working vacuum cleaner. There is someone's toenail clipping on the floor, along with all sorts of unknown materials and small pieces of what look like tortilla chips. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this price point!! Never again will we stay here, disgusting! These are 2 pictures, one of the hardwood floor, and the other is of the items I picked up just in and around the main seating area. Notice the toenail clipping! Unfortunately we have just checked in and have 2 nights to stay in this dump!

Great location, Comfy rooms, Great Service Overall it was a great stay. This is obviously a city hotel so no real resort amenities. The lobby is nice, but small. The rooms are great. We did not eat at the attached Elway's restaurant (named after John Elway) as it's a local hero small chain steakhouse and doesn't come up on many must eat lists. Patricia in concierge was phenomenal and really went above and beyond as my wife and I celebrated our 10th Anniversary and the 4th of July here. Overall, what's not to like? Very nice and comfy.

This review was a long due - traveled on July 29 2019 Denver Ritz showed James and I what top hotels provide. Professional services, absolutely spotless room, great dining experience (both restaurant inside and in-room dining) and most importantly a comfortable night sleep. We were just passing through; had great few days of stay. They welcomed Snickers - ❤️❤️ as well. I realized how you guys set and raised the bar after Ritz ATL stay. Thank you again and will see you in a few months hopefully.

They are not ready to accommodate guests I am not sure where to begin. We called ahead to make sure that they were fully open as this was our first trip since covid struck. I was told that the only thing not in operation was the Club Floor. I specifically asked about the fitness center, since the website said you had to go to a remote place. No, I was assured that the website needed to be updated, the fitness center was fully open. We arrived with a room booked for a city view, and we looked out over a parking lot. They had given our room to someone else. The restaurant wasn't serving breakfast, you had to call ahead to ask for your room to be serviced, and the room was lacking the traditional amenities - no minibar, no bathroom items, no pen/paper, etc. But, the crowning blow was when we went down to the fitness center and were told that it was closed for four days "for a private event". Most times when we complained, the management team plainly lied to us. As an example, we called on Friday night about the room not being what we asked and paid for, and were told that the manager would call us on Saturday. As we were out that whole day, I called Sunday morning, and the manager on duty said that she knew that she was supposed to call me but wanted to wait to ensure that she wouldn't wake me up. Other times, I would be told that housekeeping would come at a set time, and they just wouldn't show up. Having waited so long to travel, I couldn't have been more disappointed. I have crossed Ritz Carlton off of my list of good hotel properties. This was awful. And, wish I had also realized that the location is not particularly central - sort of on the outside of town. I would check out the Four Seasons!
