If you want a good night sleep go somewhere else Has shuttle from the airport. Check in and lobby are fine as are the individual rooms- Bar in the lobby serves food until 9 and drinks only after 9--- BUT the hotel is right next to the expressway and sound insulation is not good-- road noise ALL NIGHT LONG

Convenient Clean and comfortable with restaurants nearby. Easy access to downtown and suburbs with Convenient Shuttle to airport also, and our vehicle was parked there for free while we traveled. Reasonably priced and very nice and attentive staff.

Horrible service Waited over one hour for shuttle service outside door 3 at the bus shuttle center at O'Hare called the front desk like 4 times they kept saying 15 minutes and no bus service. I arrived at 10:20 at the bus shuttle center it was past 11:30 still no shuttle. I finally called they said another 15 minutes to shift change and I just canceled. Pay a little extra n walk across the street to Hilton. Will never book this property and do not recommend.

Easy airport transportation We stayed before our flight to Punta Cana and then when we got back. Free parking while you are out of the country, with the stay was great! The transportation to the airport was about 10 min, they dropped us off right at the terminal. On the way back, we called as instructed and they were right There, it was flawless. The hotel staff were more than helpful and very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and up to date. I’ll definitely use this hotel again.

Nice location, good food and atmosphere This is located a bit off the beaten path relative to the craziness of Chicago. Parking is a bit better Price that other hotels nearby, it’s $18 per night. I like that they have a dinner menu along with a bar. I would rather eat in when I’m traveling, especially in the winter. Also love that they include my type of food on the menu, like Brussels sprouts and Mediterranean fare. If you like nice fluffy towels in your room, you will surely be disappointed. While they were better that the renaissance O’Hare, they are still rough and just a couple steps up from sandpaper. It’s an older hotel but the upkeep is good. Staff is very friendly.
