FABU AF QUick check in and out. All you can eat buffet of good cooked food. Shuttle to and from airport. I enjoyed the stay. The shuttle driver was legit cool!

Overnight Stay This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times have been because it's a short distance from the Allstate Arena.

Disappointed No swimming pool; no microwave or coffee in the rooms. Breakfast is not included, must pay for parking per day; they advertise activities (casino) around the hotel, but the shuttle only goes to the airport.

Wonderful hotel! This was my 2nd stay and each time it has been a great experience. The online check in before arriving makes check in super fast. Overall the hotel is very clean, with friendly staff and they have a very nice cocktail bar in the lobby. The rooms are clean and quiet, with very comfortable beds. I would use this hotel again and again.

They steal you belonging!! I forgot a gold neckless on the TV counter. Left at 5:00 am and called after arriving to my destination, before other guests checked in. They simply stole it. Of course, it was housekeeping!. Since there are no cameras in the room, they take what is left behind and then deny it. Same response from the housekeeping supervisor and the hotel manager. You just lose your valuable belongings if left. BE aware!
