Disappointment at the pools The point of going here is for the pools. Well, they allow smoking, drinking and boom-boxes at the pools. So that's what you get - almost every pool has somebody playing their music or smoking. If you want some kind of peaceful, health experience, this sure isn't it. It seems like the place has potential; management could raise the standards, but they don't. Sad. There are higher-class places in the area to choose from.

The whole place could use a refurbishment new beds? The carpet is disgusting and the decor is not it, rooms could definitely use an upgrade. If your planning on just sleeping there it’s the perfect spot spend the day at the hot tubs ! The staff was nice and friendly. The windows could’ve been a little thicker bc they do face the road and loud talkers walking by could wake you up if your a light sleeper..

A bit of home, and memories you cannot imagine. Loving all the new renovations!!!! Thank you for taking the time to make improvements, cannot wait to come back! I have been coming here since I was a child. It is nice to be home after losing my parents. Thank you for remaining the same, even when remodelling.

LOVE IT BUT LEAVE IT 4PM SUPOSSED TO LET YOU INTO YOUR ROOM BUT FORGET, OFTEN, TO CELL YOU. THEN OUT BY 11, 4-11 IS PAY TO SLEEP BUT NOT TO VACATION? DONT PAY TILL U CHECK THE ROOM A/C, HEATER, TV; MOST VISTS 1-2 DONT WORK. ALWAYS SPA JETS BROKEN, OTHERS USING THE FEW LEFT. CANT SMELL THE MINERALS, SULPHER LIKE OTHER PLACES. $449 FOR ROOM 105$ NO EVENTS & ON A MON, NO HOLIDAY OR EVENT, HE TRIED!! WE NEVER WENT BACK, TIRED OF ARGUING WITH RATE RATS THINKING WE DONT KNOW THE INTERNET PRICE IS ABOUT $140. WE USED ROOM 105 OVER 10 TIMES FOR 90-140$ DONT LET THE RATE RATS BITE YOU. TWICE WE PAID FOR A ROOM BUT HA TO ESCAPE IN THE NIGHT CAUSE WE ACCIDENTLY WERE THERE WHEN THEIR SECURITY MADE DRUG SALES, AND FOOT CHASED ME ONCE. NO MATTER WHAT COMPLAINT, IT NEVER GETS TO THE BOSS. I DARE THE BOSS TO BE OWNER OPERATOR FOR 3 DAYS ON THE DESK HIMSELF AND PROOVE THIS.

Tired and old The only good thing about this place is the hot spring pools. The carpet was old, stained and faded, the beds didn’t look anything like the pictures, the furniture was tired old and scuffed. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable but only 2 pillows per bed, I sleep with 3. We could here the people upstairs walking around. Very noisy. Even the bath towels were stained. Very disappointing for a Qantas recommended hotel _
