So So, was a disappointment, but made the best of it. Masseuse was great Rooms were worn, we asked for a mountain view and they put us on the bottom floor where you had to jump up over the wall outside our room to see the mountains. Several of the pools were closed, some not warm enough. The pool guy was very nice and helpful. The Manager in the restaurant was friendly and checked on us a couple of times to see everything was alright. On Check out, they had a very complicated way of making the bill. Your credit card payment was on there, but they would deduct from that amount to pay for incidentals. Very confusing to say the least. Then once home I had two charges that they could not find receipts for. Refused to reimburse me and I took them to dispute at my bank. I told them they would eventually have to pay through my bank, so why not just pay me. So, to dispute it went. One of the charges would not go through dispute for reimbursement, but the other did (both without receipt). My suggestion, dont leave your credit card, give cash only. Restaurant was pleasant

Stinky Springs Run down establishment run by an indifferent staff save your money . Problems with rooms ignored by front desk for over twenty four hours . Pulled fire alarms and reek of pot smoke leave a charming atmosphere! Mattresses over 15 years old . Ruined carpets in hall ways .

No Miracles Here! The staff is super nice and helpful, but the place needs some TLC. We planned a "spa day" and started with massages, then lunch and then laying around the warm pools. The massages were not good, the gal giving me my massage basically poured too much oil on me and rubbed it around... The room wasn't very clean and it was missing the baseboards. The lunch was just basic diner food, edible, but nothing special and the pools were just warm swimming pools. The landscaping needs TLC and the place needs updating.

We were Desert Hot Spring junkies for years in the 80's-90's. We went for 3 days booked at DHS Spa, enjoyed the pools, amenities etc then went Miracle Springs next door! Awesome! Plus our favorite restaurant Capri is there now! They exchanged our room no extra fees thanks to Crystal at the desk! Did the spas, dinner and enjoyed Massage and facial with Teresa and Brenda they were so great the Best! And Shana was awesome at the desk and explained everything so thoroughly, all and all an amazing experience! Thank you so much Miracle Springs Spa I forgot to say how much we loved Capri Italian Restaurant Yum _

Terrible experience _ Terrible experience!! _ The MOTEL is very old. 1) Air conditioner didn’t work 2) Fridge didn’t work and leaked, leaving water on the floor 3) Kids are everywhere , so be prepared to be disturbed by their screams behind the paper thin walls at 7 am same as around the pool area anytime. This is not the place to relax and enjoy hot tubs. 4) dry sauna smelled like sweat so we had to leave _
