Average!! The pillows and mattress were not so comfy for us. Poor water pressure in shower. You can tell they remodeled, but there were many spots that they should have painted over. Probably will stay somewhere else next time we go to Destin. Great access to dining and attractions.

Great place for our budget, clean. This was our first trip to Destin, my husband and I. This hotel fit our budget and was clean and had a comfy bed. We drove 12 hours non stop from Indy. They let us check in early so we could shower and nap! Needless to say we were exhausted. There was no breakfast offered but it's not a big loss really. Was within walking of a few places but it was very hot so we mostly drove lol. We plan on coming back with our kids and would stay here again!

Trust the bad reviews. Gross hotel. Our room smelled STRONGLY of smoke. The smell was almost unbearable and we had to wash anything we took from our suitcases to get the smell out. Next door there was someone kicking their door to be let in for over an hour. We spoke with them after half an hour but it continued. I tried to call the front desk but the phone doesn't work. I called the front desk from my cell multiple times and it was a busy signal. My family member's room had no pillowcases. Also couldn't get ahold of the front desk. This place was advertised as having breakfast there was no breakfast. I've received no responses to my emails to them.

NOPE!! Ugh, never again!! Let’s just say, you get what you pay for and next time, I don’t mind paying more. The staff is super friendly. There is no disputing that, but the hotel itself is gross!! The hotel needs some some severe updating and the tub was gross. I had my kids wear their beach shoes when they took showers. I was a little nervous about sleeping on the sheets. They didn’t look completely clean. The rack where you hang your clothes was made of old water pipes. Paint was peeling off the bathroom door. This was a last minute trip, so I definitely got what I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend staying.

Good Stay Good location on the main road through town. The room smelled good and the bed was comfy. There were laminate floors in the room which I much prefer over carpet. There was a lounge chair and a desk/chair available. A nice feature was a pull-down window shade. Several places to eat were in walking distance. No breakfast is provided, only coffee. Overall, a good stay.
