Great resort with superb customer service! My husband booked a villa for a birthday trip. When we arrived the villa was not what he reserved. I went in and spoke with Flavia Bonilla (Rm Adm) and Anthony Dasilva about our issue. They both really went above and beyond to correct the issue. They both made our trip very special. I apologize for waiting 4 months to place this review, but I highly recommend this resort. Lyric also was so helpful during our stay as well. Great customer service all around. We look forward to returning.

Second to NONE! I stayed at Hilton SanDestin for 10 days and had an absolutely amazing stay experience. Prior to my arrival I was able to connect with Jessica in reservations and Suzy in Concierge and they both provided top notch customer service and deserve to be recognized. They helped ensure my proposal to my now fiancée went off without a hitch!! The attention to detail and customer services they provided were SECOND TO NONE. It seems like all of the room accommodations provide breathtaking views of the beach/ocean! The resort has anything you need right there on the property, everything from luxury spa treatments to some good golf courses. The location is also within minutes of all the Destin attractions, it is safe to say we will be back soon! Major kudos to the management team and their staff!

Lovely family long weekend The location is great, and the beach and pools were nice, although 1 was clearly not heated. It was a busy weekend, staff were very busy, but all our food was still excellent! Kids loved it. The hilton app is excellent. Communication was great. We were upgraded rooms, and a crib was in our room as requested!

NO SIR! Partial-view Is NOT Beachfront!!! Reserved two double queen beds deluxe junior suite rooms beachfront and paid over $1700 for deposit. Get here to check in and the young lady (Kacy) that’s checking us in is telling us that we’re going to have to pay another $1400 for EACH room. Was of course shocked and taken aback to hear that because the total of the reservation when I made it was over 3K and what she was telling us would have made it well over 4K! Don’t know where she was getting her totals, but she was finally able to give us the right totals. Have been to this hotel several times and have never experienced this at check in. When we finally make it to our room(s), was surprised to realize that only one of the rooms is beachfront; the other is partial beach view. This wasn’t a problem because the room was clean and spacious and the view was still pretty (although definitely NOT beachfront)…but why are you charging for two beachfront rooms when there’s only one? So I go back down to the desk to question this. Can’t remember the name of the front desk manager that I spoke with but he was not very helpful. He spent most of the time I spent talking to him trying to convince me that a partial beach view room was actually a beachfront room- no sir…we have been here several times and ALWAYS get beachfront rooms so we know what beachfront rooms are like. This partial view room was actually on the opposite side of the hallway, so not beachfront. Anyway, after going back and forth with him about this for a bit, he finally agreed to let us have another room. Went to view the room and it was beach view, still not what was paid for. So instead of having to move all of our things, we just stayed where we were. I totally understand that there is a wedding and a big conference going on while we’re here and hotel is pretty much at capacity (from what staff said). Don’t understand why they can’t just give our money back since we didn’t get what we paid for. A little disappointing because this has never happened before. We’ll still continue to come here for fall break but I will definitely call ahead and make sure that we will actually get what was booked before we get here. Even though that’s no guarantee because they will just try and convince you that a partial view room is beachfront if they don’t know that you know better.

Cold-hearted Hotel in Violation of the Governor’s Hurricane Evacuee Order Cold-hearted, monstrous hotel. We booked and prepaid for a room at this hotel after a mandatory evacuation order displaced us due to Hurricane Milton. Governor DeSantis at a press conference just yesterday asked all Florida hotels to waive pet policies for evacuees. We drove 9 hours, only to be turned away by a manager who said that yes, MOST Florida hotels answered the governor’s call to accept pets when a state of emergency is declared, but THIS particular hotel chose not to. They turned away our military, hurricane-evacuee family with small children and a clean, well-behaved dog. We are Hilton gold members too! We won’t ever stay at a Hilton again after this.
