Inaccurate room description, no housekeeping, dirty room I booked a one-bedroom suite. I checked in and was told there would be no housekeeping during my four day stay. When I went to the room, I learned their definition of a one-bedroom suite, is a single room with a half wall between the desk and bed. Not my definition of a one bedroom suite. Found food from the previous guest in the refrigerator and the couch was worn with tears and the room smelled. Went to front desk to express my concerns, their answer call Marriott customer service it's not our problem.

Dirtiest Marriott I've ever seen. Disgusting and dirty rooms and common areas(see photos). White mystery fluids on the furniture, blood on the toilet and bedding. Old food trash left in the hallway for all three days I was there, probably had been rotting there longer though judging by the awful smells. The Hilton right next door is much cleaner and about the same price.

Maybe doing the best they can during COVID First, I should stay that I've stayed at very few hotels during COVID times. Maybe this is just the way it is. Check-in was OK, though the counter clerk was more interested in chatting with her friend than helping us. In the room, I wanted to write down a phone number, and there was no note paper or pen/pencil. There was a king size bed with 4 pillows, which is OK but kind of a minimum (I'm getting old and need 3-4 for myself only). The walls are very thin... there was a lot of noise from the hallway and we could hear normal conversations from the room next door. No food on the premises to speak of. A few snacks for purchase, and $5 beers in bottles. The in-room coffee maker didn't work, which was a bummer. They brought another which also didn't work, and it turned out that the outlet in the kitchenette area didn't work. Meanwhile I walked across the common to Dunkin. Breakfast is a bunch of cold stuff in a box. I guess that's the way it is now (Dunkin to the rescue!). There is quite good food available across the way at the Hilton Garden with plenty of outdoor seating.

"House keeping!" This is my second stay at this property. It's quite adequate. The rooms are nice and the free breakfast is good. However, my first stay, I invited a friend to stay with me. I did not add her to the reservation and she would be arriving later. Somehow she managed to get herself, without my consent, added to the room. I only knew this because I received two folios by e-mail; one with her last name and one with mine. I contacted the front desk the next day and asked to speak to the manager as that is a major privacy breach. They said he would call me. No call. Next stay, as a Bonvoy member, I asked for a late checkout. I had the DND sign on the door. 6:59am there is a knock at the door "house keeping!" In what world does house keeping come at roughly 7am and the sign was up. I was sick and needed quiet and sleep and once I'm awake there is no going back. I would think there would be a system to say I wasn't checking out until 1pm.

Stayed here for a Bull Run Concert What a very nice area development this is at Devens Common. The hotel is what you would expect, it is what the brand is. The breakfast is better than I anticipated. The rooms are spacious and the sitting area is perfect to drink a bottle of wine and munch on some cheese after the concert. The staff are especially friendly at the front desk and the housekeepers as well. May I commend Zack for trying to sort an issue with our room door (342). We were awoken by an army trumpet at 6am which had a certain charm, but also a crying baby in the room next door. However we will surely stay again for the concerts that bring us to the area Good value for the money spent
