Amazing Staff, Pefect Stay Hesitant to book a hotel outside of the normal hotel conglomerates (hilton, Marriott, Hyatt) but this Ayres Suites in Diamond Bar was perfect. Clean, comfortable rooms, great for the family. Staff was incredible. Day and night front desk staff were all awesome and extremely helpful. Request for late checkout was met with a "no problem, let's see what we can do." Breakfast was great, and the chef was super helpful and had a big smile the entire time, cleaning cooking and filling coffee! From top to bottom staff was outstanding!

Clean, friendly, affordable. Ayres Diamond Bar is my home away from home especially when I need to get away and enjoy quiet time. The staff are always friendly, the property is clean and fresh. The breakfast is great. A simply good experience. The location is ideal to visit Orange County, LA County or Inland Empire.

Great stay! Courteous, professional and friendly service! Silvia went above and beyond to accommodate us! Room we were in had laminate floors, which was a big plus! Breakfast was great, though I wish they had fresh decaf and hot chocolate for kids. All and all, great stay!

Excellent experience It was a wonderful stay and staff were efficient and courteous and helpful. The only downside was that the washing machine was not working properly. Otherwise breakfast was good, the facilities were clean, and rooms were spacious. The housekeeping and other staff were very good

Great Experience!! Very comfortable, quiet! Clean, comfortable, very relaxing experience. I will definitely be back and soon! The complimentary breakfast was great! We've stayed at 3 other hotels recently, The Ayres Hotel has been the Best experience hands down!!!!!!
