Best hotel I stayed at out of 3 total in Michigan! The manager is amazing, she’s very understanding and easy to talk to! While working in Michigan, this was the best service I’ve received out of the 3 hotels I stayed. 100% recommend, and their breakfast is good too! If I go back to the state I will definitely be going back to this hotel!

Good traveler's hotel; nice breakfast options. The hotel was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. We booked a room that was labeled "2 Queen Beds Suite with Additional Living Area." We'd hoped for an actual suite; but in reality it's just one huge room with two queen beds, a pull out couch, and a wet bar all sharing the same space. The queen beds were fine; the pull out couch was awful even for kids to sleep on. It had a mis-fitted sheet that wouldn't stay on and the mattress is paper thin. The complimentary breakfast was very good - lots of options including omlettes, breakfast meats, sausage gravy and biscuits, cinnamon rolls, bakery, yogurt, fruit, and cereal. Good coffee and juice. Pancake maker; but wasn't on the day we were there. Overall it was a great value for what we paid - if we were to be staying more than 1 night, I think we'd need to solve for the pull out bed because it was rough, but other than that, we'd stay again.

Get what you pay for! For the rate we paid it was okay. The bathroom tub was missing caulking and the drain had rust around it. No bath math or Kleenex in bathroom. The room needed painting or walls cleaned. Floor in bathroom needed a scouring at walls n corners. The pool area needed to be updated. The ceiling was a little through and the pool looked to have rust spots in it. Water looked a little off color. Would not recommend for family fun stay.

Poor Room Experience The bed was fine, but the walls are so thin you can hear everything that goes on in the room next to you, what they are watching and when they put something in the microwave when they flush the toilet. I was barely in my room but when I was I noticed ants in my room and bathroom and a spider in the top corner of the shower. I came back to the hotel after a week and ended up in the same room, the spider was still there.

Terrible Experience!!! Do Not Recommend! I booked a stay at this hotel originally for 3 nights. When my family (myself, wife, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old) arrived they informed us the pool was closed and the elevators were out of service. I said that I had little ones and needed a lower floor, but they didn’t have any rooms other than the 3rd floor. Reluctantly we checked in since it was after 10:00 PM (we had driven for 9 hours that day). After lugging 3 days of luggage to the 3rd floor through an unlit and I shoveled entrance we discovered the room was also sub par. The tub had rust and the tub calming had mold. We contacted Hotels.com and they said they would cancel the reservation so we booked another room at another hotel the next day. To my surprise when I checked out the next day they didn’t close our reservation. We were charged for the full 3 days and they informed Hotels.com that we stayed there for 3 days even though we had checked into another hotel with that service. Do not stay at this hotel! I travel over 25 times a year for work and they is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
