Fair Stay. Hotel staff is great! An extremely safe and secure resort. However, the hotel is a little rundown. Especially my room. Stained carpet, damaged couch, dimly lit room, the supply of soap, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. There is a bad ceiling repair job on the bathroom ceiling. Though we didn't utilize the room cleaning service, they were empty prior to our arrival. Towels are thin as napkins. The hot Breakfast was pretty good. Beware of their version of the Soup N@zi. He was the Omelet N@zi. ( JUST A JOKING COMPARISON). Have your omelet order ready. The beach is rocky, and can be cleaner. Pool can be cleaner, but to fair, we didn't get in the pool until the late evening. Shout out to room cleaner Gabriel who worked the 7th floor. He kept us supplied with an exchange of clean towels and wash cloths.

Would Be Embarrassed To Recommend To Friends I would never recommend this hotel to a friend because of the mold and water dripping from the roof. It was so humid that the bathroom never dried up and mold on all furniture. On the positive side, the hotel offers a variety of fun amenities that kept us entertained throughout our stay. The pool is large and inviting, and the free happy hour was a great touch, allowing us to unwind after a day of activities. The free breakfast was a nice perk, with plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed playing pickleball and spending time in the bowling alley and pool hall. The on-site casino added an extra layer of excitement, and the three restaurants offered a decent range of dining choices. However, the hotel's condition left much to be desired. It felt like it was once a prime destination in the early 2000s, but it now seems severely neglected. Mold was visible in several areas, and there was a constant feeling of moisture in the air that made the entire place feel muggy. Water was literally dripping from the roof, and the room we stayed in was uncomfortably humid. It was clear that maintenance and upkeep have not been a priority for a long time. In summary, while the hotel has great amenities and could be a fantastic place to stay, the overall experience was marred by significant maintenance issues. It’s a shame because the potential is there, but the property desperately needs a serious overhaul to bring it back to its former glory. I tried to show images of the fun and nasty mold. DO NOT stay here until the moisture issue is rectified, you can get sick!!

Absolutely horrible property If I could give this property a negative 5 stars, I would. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and Hilton properties over the years and this is not the standard that I’m used to for this hotel chain/brand. The absolute worst experience, never stayed at a Motel 6 but I imagine it’s gotta be better than this property. From the moment you walk in the lobby the overall stench of mold and mildew is prevalent. Once we got to our room, I was utterly disgusted. The room smelled just as moldy as the lobby. The furniture was dated and the carpet looked a dirty mess. The bathroom had visible rust on the lighting fixtures and there was mold spots above the shower. The lamps shades in the bedroom were ripped and rusty. There was also either dirt or mold on the curtains leading to the balcony. Our “oceanfront” view was partially blocked by building below our room. The microwave had rust spots inside. I requested to have a new microwave and they did change that out. The closet reeked of mold as well, thus I couldn’t hang clothes in there. Breakfast during our stay was the same everyday, no variety. Watered down orange juice to boot. When I requested to change rooms, the front desk claimed there were no other rooms available. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this property.

Exceptional Staff Our stay was great—clean rooms, nice pool, decent food, spacious gym, and a good 8-ball pool spot. Carlos Rodriguez, the janitor, was charming, respectful, and serviceable. He approached me in a conversational manner, offering service and assistance if necessary. Would definitely visit again.

Outdated but otherwise very nice I saw a lot of mixed reviews about this hotel and was skeptical. After being here, my only negative feedback is that it is dated - interior and exterior needs painting pretty bad, there are rust spots here and there… things like that but by no means awful. We paid $230 a night for an ocean front king suite which is a heck of a deal, so you get what you pay for. The staff are very nice, there is a spa on site, the beach is beautiful and clean, there are restaurants, it is gated around the resort and at the entry gate, and hasl a good amount of things to do. I would definitely stay here again for the price. If the price increased, I would not.
