Mediocre Average hotel. Outside is clean and kept but inside could use a little extra. Pros: near lots of places to eat and off the main road. Cons: Outside noise very loud, paper thin walls, could hear water pipes in walls and check in staff was not warm or welcoming, smacking her gum was not professional. At least stick it in your cheek until we’ve left the area. Bartender was very friendly. I chose a room at the end of the hall that had a staircase next to it and a door to the outside. Poor choice on my part. Slamming door most of the evening and running up and down the stairs kept me awake til after midnight. Dog barking early in the morning. They allow pets ( no biggie) just added to my lack of sleep. Bed squeaky and no soap in shower. No free AM breakfast, there is a place inside you can buy your breakfast though ( has a bar).

Rude front desk Front desk was so rude, that I have no desire to stay here ever again. The hotel itself is nothing special, not good, not bad, just the usual mediocre place to sleep and leave asap. The only way to make it better is to improve attitude. If guests annoy you just by checking in, maybe hospitality is not your calling.

Stolen Belongings The hotel was ok. I will most likely not book this location again. I checked in on Monday, my room was cleaned on Tuesday and my perfume was stolen from my room. I reported it to the front desk and nothing else happened. No follow up from the manager, no apology nothing and I'm certain no investigation. It is a very unsettling feeling to have something taken from your room and nobody lifts a finger to find out what occurred. I do not recommend this location for this purpose alone.

Average at best We came here to escape the hurricane. Checked in in the middle of the night. Very quick and smooth which was much appreciated. The room was kind of yucky. I appreciate that they allow pets as we had two dogs but the rugs were stained in multiple places as well as the furniture. I didn’t want to sit down anywhere. Bed was comfortable. Room smelled a bit. Water in shower never got hot, just warm. Staff wasn’t friendly other than the cleaning staff. They were very nice. Not up to the typical standards for this chain.

Not up to Hilton Standards One of the most disappointing Hilton Garden properties I have stayed in. The hotel definitely needs a major makeover. Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable , pillows so soft - provided no support . Rooms not soundproofed , room was extremely dusty, outside windows were dirty. The elevator was dirty and walls were scratched . Employees not the friendliest , except for the bartender who was asking me for help with their science homework for college. Overall not a good stay.
