HORRIBLE!!! I was not able to check in till 10 pm. I had paid in advance for a 2 queen bed and was forced to check in to a one king bed. The restroom barely fit one person at a time. No hand soap or enough towels. The pool water was disgusting. There was hair all over the pool area and inside the pool. Not worth my money.

Please don't stay here if you an option Weird smell in the room as soon as you enter. The bathroom was not cleaned, hair in the bathtub and in the bathroom trash basket. The furniture is faded and broken down, both in the room and the common areas. The fridge and the microwave were old and barely functional. Stains on the bedsheets. Supposed to be a pet friendly hotel, but no area for dogs to their business or any disposal facilities. All in all, the worst place we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful hotel I just recently hosted a Graduation party at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Downey. I just can’t say enough about Gloria Cortez and Troy Perez. They were a huge help in helping me with my event when it came to following up with the decor and up to the detail of the menu was excellent. Location was well organized, exactly what I was looking for, for my son’s celebration. I will definitely do my next event at this location. Location is beautiful!

Recommended I Held my son’s graduation party here. The staff Brenda and Gloria were great with all the preparations. On the day of the party Troy was on the dot with timing on everything dinner, cake cutting and anything needed . All the guests loved the food (tri tip and chicken) My cousin stayed the night at the hotel. I spent time there as well and room was nice and clean Would definitely recommend to have an event here or stay the night

Do nor recommend 1. Popcorn ceiling that was likely asbestos, fell to the floor by the curtains. 2. There was no extras blanket for the sofa bed. Had to ask three times before we could get the blankets. 3. There were two TVs. One in the bedroom and one in the living area. But there was only one remote control for both TVs. How did they expect us to watch different programs into different rooms with only one remote control? I asked the front desk if they were supposed to be a new one remote, and they said yes.
