Not coming back Dirty room. Unpleasant staff. Found 5 lady bugs, cobwebs and stains on the walls in my room. Front desk was rude when my travel partner (diamond status) asked for a late checkout. Restaurant food was ok but staff was not interested in being there at all so service was non existent. Not coming back.

Comforts of home and kindness!!! I just wanted to say the service here is too notch. Alexandria at the front desk really hit it out of the park with kindness and service. I am truly grateful to her. Beautiful hotel too! Excellent value for the price. It’s really nice to have space and not have to sit on a bed when in the room. All the comforts of home. But again and most importantly THANK YOU _ for the kindness and service! Kindness matters most to me!

Unlock car doors to help thieves steal?! No thanks!! First, your evening reception really leaves a lot to be desired. The food offerings are subpar and the bartenders are rude and unfriendly. Expected more from an Embassy Suites. Second, upon check in the front desk clerk warned us about “frequent burglaries” in the parking area and actually—and I’m not kidding—suggested we leave our car doors UNLOCKED so thieves had easier access to our car wouldn’t break our car windows. Excuse me?? Are you KIDDING me?!? How about just keeping your parking lot safe?!!! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. NOT what I would expect from an Embassy Suites. Do better!

Check-in great…after this point- all down hill. Customer service & management of housekeeping needs to be reviewed. Free Wi-Fi did not work. No bath towels and did not notice till after my shower -only had one hand towel and wash cloth. Housekeeping knocked on door at 9:15am to ask when I was checking out- checkout is 11:00 am. This to me was rude to feel like I was rushed to get out because housekeeping was in a hurry to clean the room. Maybe this is why towels were not supplied as they are in a hurry to do their duty that attention to details is not high on their priority or customer service. When I checked in, I didn’t have time to check for amenities as I had an appointment to get to. When I returned it was late and didn’t think to look for bath towels. Checking out-the front desk just said good bye & didn’t ask how the stay was. Checking in was smooth and easy & staff was nice. Verified the type of room to make sure the reservation was correct. When the reservation was not correct the very nice lady was able to correct it and give me the appropriate room. This lady should be managing the hotel & others should follow her because she could lead by example of how customer service is the name of the game. Coffee is supplied in room but only had hazelnut flavor & they should provide coffee without nut ingredients due to those who have allergies. Opened closet door to find iron and extra sheets and blanket were used and just thrown on the top shelf. I think if staff or manager would step up customer service - especially the rudeness of asking when people are leaving the reviews might be higher. I don’t think it’s housekeepings business to my private timeline of events.

THEY STEAL PERSONAL ITEMS! They steal your personal items from your room when you are away, even if you have a “do not disturb” sign on the door. DO NOT STAY HERE!! ZERO STARS! This happened while I was on a short business trip. Very upsetting! I will never stay here again.
