Huge Hilton Disappintment Staying here for 4 nights and if I didn’t already pay in advance I would go somewhere else. I chose Hilton based on my previous stays in Denver, DC, and Ft Lauderdale. I drove 7.5 hours only to be told my suite was no longer available. That I paid in advance for. Turns out it was. The room was marked dirty but after they checked it they deemed it clean. We inspected to make sure. The queen bed is far from a queen. Not near enough room for both of us so I go to use the pull out bed from the couch No bedding anywhere in the suite and the suite is so packed with furniture I am seriously thinking of putting some in the hallway. I walk back downstairs to get bedding to be told no extra bedding is kept in the rooms. Not sure if it’s extra when you have 2 beds……. The stairwells are trashy and dirty and just a huge disappointment. His only knows what breakfast will be like.

HORRIBE AND NOT SAFE!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Your vehicle will be vandalized and you will be told it is not the hotels fault because you parked your car here!! They offer no cameras or security officers to patrol their parking lots Our truck was parked right in front of the door and this is the second time it has happened there. The police are nice but offer zero security or safety in this matter as well.

Exceptional Staff Great location. Fantastic room, but everyone of the staff members always made my day during my 10-day business trip. Store has limited options, but all of my favorites. Particularly the ice cream selection. Looking forward to next year. Yes

Never again.... Non- smoking room with strong cigarette smoke smell from surrounding rooms. Sink won't drain. Shower and tub were nasty. Bedside light doesn'twork. Very small bedroom with massive TV. They charge for parking in a non-urban area. Breakfast very sub-par. Other than that, it was great (/s).

Hotel Entrance Hotel entrance smelled of smoke. The room I stayed smelled musty. The elevator is hidden in some corner. Coming out of my room twice, I had to use the stairwell because I couldn’t find the elevator. I finally learned how to figure it out.
