Seeing a man Crawl into a window.. Unsafe I am now having priblem getting prepaid refunds for Dec 15, 2024 and another April 1, 2025. I am not asking for the nite I did not stay just the next two I booked coming up .. due to safety I can not feel good there. This is what happened Driving up to hotel I witnessed a man crawling into a window on 1st floor! Lobby and hotel clean but I felt unsafe at this point & told the staff. I left shortly after & went to a Wyndym. I contacted customer service Corporate as I have two other reservations due to traveling. I explained my experience & asked for a refund on the next two stays.. not the one today... I figured my fault for trusting Choice. Choice told me I had to contact hotel & see if they would cancel because I had a special rate non cancel or refundable... even for one of their hotels where the customer saw a man crawling into a window of the hotel! I am out the $$ for it all but good news.. Choice Hotels has lost my business. Rooms1.0Service1.0Location1.0

Locked Out, Dirty Room! Horrible Stay! Don't waste your money here!!! We stayed the night with 6-year old child and dog & could not get into the hotel room. The first room that was given to us on the 2nd floor had not been cleaned (beds unmade, tv was on). So we took everything back down to the front desk & was given another room. We walked everything to the new room & the door would not unlock. My husband went back to the front desk (waited in line) came back with a new key that still did not work. Back to the front desk (again waited in line). This time the front desk woman came to room, unlocked it with a front desk key & said that the "front desk key" would work for night but we would need a new key in the morning... I explained we were going to dinner & didn't want to be locked out when we returned. Sure enough we were locked out at 10:30pm. Not only could we not get into our room, but we couldn't get in any of the side doors so we had to walk to the main entrance with our kid & dog. The new person at the front desk had to call for help. It took 20 minutes to get us into the room. Not ideal at all especially when traveling with a tired child. Next morning, same issue. We were never offered to stay in another room. As far as I'm concerned getting in & out of your hotel room is a basic necessity when renting a room. Shan, the general manager said that he would not offer us anything more than a $30 discount. Hardly sufficient for the headache of the whole ordeal. Our room smelled terribly like mold or a dirty A/C unit. The parking lot is horrible. Very confusing entrance & exit because of road construction. No grass to walk the dog. The complimentary breakfast was very underwhelming... Side note, we were on a cross-country road trip while moving. We stayed in many discount motels without high expectations. This experience was terrible. We could have dealt with the dirty room but not being able to get in & out of the room was ridiculous.

Comfortable hotel close to airport It doesn't look like it from outside, they look to be renovating still. But the lobby and the rooms are nice and look new. It's a out 1.5 miles from airport. My 5 stars come from the service really. I got in early but couldn't check in yet. The front desk girl with the tattoos was really great. She was really nice. She always checked on me when I was waiting, to see if I needed anything. She is a very hard working. She was doing everything. Cleaning, running the desk, I got tired just watching her move so fast. The price is decent. I liked it.

Good Bones My friend booked this hotel as she was able to get a good rate through work. The outside of the hotel looks a little rough. From speaking to the staff it was built between 1962 and 1972. Its two floors and no elevator. Yes the parking lot looks like battleground with craters and there is no advertised entrance. You enter through the Holiday Inn entrance. The inside has been gutted and somebody has spent a great deal of money on the interior. There was new floors and carpeting throughout. The walls had new paint and fixtures. We were in Room 218 and the beds were nice and soft with new bedding. The bathroom was clean, the shower handle to start the shower you had to pull out. We did have some trouble with the plug for the tub, but yhe lady at the front desk came and showed my daughter how to put it in. I asked for some extra blankets as I was feeling cold and I received two duvets. The service was always good. While there the hot tub did not work and the pool did not look too inviting so we didn't go in. The breakfast area was clean and attended to. They had all the food you would expect at a morning breakfast. Overall the place was busy, all the parking spots around hotel were filled by about 6pm. Its not a fancy hotel, but it is a clean hotel. If you are just staying over night and travelling this is a good buy, its also very close to Costco. Don't let the outside looks deter you. I read quite a few bad reviews that I didn't feel were quite justified. If you want new and modern this many not be the place for you. If you are travelling on a budget and want a clean place, reasonable breakfast this place will do.

10/10 recommend We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay without unnecessary frills, making it a great value. If you’re not looking to splurge on luxury, this place is perfect. It’s really all you need! The coffee was great too! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and me during a difficult time as we were dealing with the loss of our brother and needed to stay to handle his belongings. They made us feel at home and were incredibly supportive. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to get the much-needed rest we required. We would definitely stay here again.
