Wonderful Nice place on the beach. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms, very pleasantly surprised. Close to downtown Dunedin. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Only compliant no shelves in the shower, but can overlook that. We were pleased overall.

Total Disapointment This is a horrible place. Do not waist your time booking here. Reported a/c in living room made a terrible noise which disrupted our sleep. Never repaired during our time there. You were allowed two rolls of TP and one roll of paper towels for a 7 day stay. We asked for replacement pool towels and were told to dry them in the dryers. Horrible customer service.

Terrible, stay somewhere else!! We arrived early and front desk said they would call when room was ready. We waited for 3 hours and still never got a call about room and it was after check in time at 4. We finally called them and room was ready but nobody called us. The rooms are very outdated, especially furniture. Bathroom was updated nicely but nothing else. We got 4 large towels, hand towels and wash clothes for entire week. We were told we would have to wash our own towels of We wanted clean ones for the week. They would give us detergent. We checked out and only 1 washer and 1 dryer for everyone. Pretty crazy. We were missing a bulb in lamp and noticed lot of wasps on patio so called front desk for bulb and to have someone spray for wasps since my husband is allergic to them. It took them 2 days for bulb and to spray. I had to call again. Very poor customer service. We also had ants in living room area and bathroom floor. Which was very gross in getting out of shower. We also had to wash all dishes before leaving. I find that is very unsanitary since you don't know how last person washed dishes. We have a timeshare and this is done by cleaning person after you check out. I wouldn't recommend this place and advise you to stay somewhere else in area l8ke maybe Holiday Inn Express down the street.

TERRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF We’re told it was fine to arrive at a certain time and the room would be ready with no problem, arrived and waited 3 hours for them to clean…The front office staff were dismissive and very unhelpful…they acted as if we were bothering them…..very unprofessional and rude..the tiki bar staff was nice but as far as customer service for the rooms if I could give a negative review I would!!!

Terrible considering we paid for a timeshare to be able to vacation My husband and I went on a week vacation and booked this resort through Sapphire through their exchange company RCI. This was considered their crown/gold resort. The first room we were in had a horrible mildew scent, rooms outdated and very old and dim looking. My husband and I ask to be transferred to a different room because I have asthma and we both could not stand the scent or look. The person assisting us was very pleasant and we were given one of the best rooms they had with a view. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just as bad as the first room. The second room did not have a really bad odor and was fairly better than the first but after a few days of being in the room, we noticed roaches in the bathroom and as soon as you turn the lights on they would scatter. My husband took pictures and we immediately left and had to spend more money to find a different hotel for the rest of our stay. I will never suggest this resort to anyone if I would not stay here and I will never stay here again.
