Mixed feelings The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient to everything, and the marina location made it special. However....the loud air conditioner kept us awake all night, the outside noise and the noise from above us also, kept us awake. A car alarm outside our door went off at 6:30 am for 3 minutes. The garbage truck emptying the dumpster near our room at 6:45am with its back up beeping kept us from trying to get back to sleep. At dinner time, the restaurant attached to the hotel took all the available parking spaces with cones.

Property is in need of updates The hotel is in a good location with a great restaurant. The hotel itself is run down and in need of a complete update.

AC issues The AC in the room stop working and I slept in sweat all night..Location is good and the restaurant was good also but I’ll never go back

Very Nice Stay We had a lovely experience here from the ease of check in to such a nice room and help with the luggage if needed as I had a problem getting the luggage rack in and out of the elevator. It was a suite facing the parking lot but we never heard any traffic noise. It's right on the bay so beautiful sunsets. There was a nice balcony attached to our room. The hotel is pet friendly and within easy walking distance of downtown Dunedin as well as a boat dock and a nice park. Nice breakfast and plenty of parking. Reasonably priced and there is a nice restaurant choices very near. It is an older hotel but they have upgraded it nicely.

Beautiful Place We loved this location. It’s near a lot to do and only :10 minutes from Honeymoon Island. Great staff and a short walk to the pier to watch the sunset.
