Breakfast with a smile. Compliments to Charity who was working hard at breakfast this morning. A room full of guests and she kept coming back to our table several times to check on us. Nice to see service with a smile. Very much appreciated to start the day after a long trip and night.

Great service at breakfast etc Breakfast service at Hilton by Duke was absolutely wonderful. Charity served us with a smile as well as fast service. Charity was attentive and kept our coffee flowing. She definitely brightened our stay here!! Front desk was also extremely friendly. Will stay again soon!!

Great Hotel near Duke This is such a fantastic place, so close to Duke University! The staff of Angel, James, Lynette, Adrienne, etc. are amazing! When staying in Durham definitely look to stay hear for warm, inviting, modern environment. Great food on site so you don’t have to go far.

Best Staff Ever This hotel is the cleanest, most comfortable, convenient and friendly hotel I have experienced for a business trip! I recently had a breakdown because as I was leaving I lost my phone, the entire hotel supported me and helped me locate my phone _ in a speedy manner!! I was so impressed. I am forever grateful to them.

Best Barista ever!! Donna is the best ever!! She is by far the life of this hotel. She recommended the best coffee I have ever had. Without her it would be just any old place to stay. I would triple her pay to make sure she never leaves!!! Please come see her you will not be disappointed!!!! BC
