Wonderful Stay I am Dr. R. Mark. My stay here was superb. I would like to give ten stars to the follow Millennium employees: Bryan; Kaleb; Lena; Thomas; Jacob; Denver; Weberly; and all Housekeepers. Everyone here made my stay great. I will recommend to all my friends and family to come here.

Abandon hope, all ye who enter here. Abandon hope, all ye who enter here. This place had all the warning signs I’d typically avoid and yet I was obliged to stay, as a small group from my company was staying here and having meetings. The room was clean upon initial inspection despite appearing quite old and run down even for the portion we were told was the “remodeled” wing. However, shortly after settling into the bed on the first night, which I had inspected earlier, I FELT SOMETHING CRAWLING ON ME. Now, a fly, cricket or something would have been forgivable if a bit icky but of course… it was a bed bug (pictured). This will be swiftly reported to the local health dept. immediately after finishing this review. I requested an immediate refund and was told I’d need to contact the hotel manager in the morning. I can only imagine what a process that will be… All this to say, OBEY THE WARNING SIGNS. This place is disgusting. They seemed indifferent to this situation which should tell you - it happens often!

AWESOME This Hotel is making new restorations with new Management . The GM doing a great job along with Food and Beverage. Get ready for August and moving forward. Great price and staffing as well. This is a great stay, no worries. This hotel makes Marriott look ok , because Millinnium has prestige.

Disappointing Called at 11:17 am to see if early check in would be available. Told me that it was likely no rooms would be available until 3. Arrived at 2:20 pm. Told rooms were still being cleaned, and nothing was available. I Inquired about paying for an upgraded room, and was told I would have to book a whole new reservation. Asked to speak to the manager to further inquire, was given the runaround. No manager spoke with me. At 3:02 was told, “we finally have rooms available.” Checked in. Arrived at room to find a card showing the room had last been cleaned on 6/12/24, almost a month ago. Seems right due to the layer of dust on the surfaces. Interesting that there are hundreds of rooms here, very few cars in the lot, and yet no rooms available. Then the room that “finally is available” was cleaned and ready a month ago.

Fun Had a great time. Front desk staff was great. Keep up the good work that you all are doing. Will come back when in Durham. Breakfast was great and affordable. No problems with the room. Was able to enjoy the event they were having. Please come to see for yourself.
