Good location, average amenities Stayed here while coaching at a youth soccer tournament in December 2020 with my team. The location was good (easy to get to any part of the area), but overall the amenities just weren't up to what I expected from similar hotels. Wifi didn't work in the room (and no land line option to plug into), shower didn't have hot water the first two nights we stayed, and the rooms were overall dated. Management didn't seem bothered when I asked about addressing these issues, and nothing was done or offered to compensate for the frustration. We survived, but set your expectations appropriately when staying here.

The employees at this Sheraton rock! Every employee I interacted with at this hotel during my stay are just so welcoming, friendly and helpful, from the shuttle driver, the “bell man” (not sure if that what they called), the front desk, the cafe employees, literally every one. I do have to admit the hotel itself its bit outdated, and they are renovating the lobby area, hopefully they will consider to refresh the rooms. Other than that, I just can’t find a thing to pick on.

Horrible!! I am a Titanium Bonvoy member and I travel often. My colleague booked this hotel. Undoubtedly this hotel is the most horrible property I’ve stayed at since the SPG/Marriott merger. This hotel advertised shuttle service from the airport. It was suspended when I arrived. No problem, catch a Uber, Lyft or taxi. I asked Mr. Noel Peterson who claims to be manager about the shuttle service and he was very dismissive and somewhat rude. Since the merger the quality of service has definitely declined. My mobile key didn’t work so I had to speak to Peterson again. Once in the room, It was a old stuffy suite. The staff wasn’t great except for the lady that worked in the hotel store/bar. Not to mention they are doing renovations on the lobby. Please avoid this hotel, You can find many other hotels in the area with much better reviews.

Our annual visit My wife and I love this Sheraton. We were married in Oct of 2018 and this is where we spent our Honeymoon night. This place is our anniversary tradition. Well, this past October we celebrated our 2nd anniversary and guess where we stayed? That’s right the Hilton, just kidding. We were back at the Sheraton, this time amid COVID. The place was fairly empty but it was clean and the limited staff was outstanding as usual. My only complaint was that our room needed to be freshened up a bit. Everything was in place it just felt like no one had been in this room for months. My suggestion would be to put guests in ready rooms, not just unused rooms. We really love the Sheraton and lLord willing will see you next October❤️

This Place Is The Worst I had to visit the area for work. This place is so out dated its ridiculous. The carpet smelled, everything was old and out dated. The internet is a joke. I had to go down stairs and use the internet unable to connect properly in my room. The air/heating system barley worked. The TV is very old and doesn't have the normal MARRIOTT streaming options. The hotel is old and almost creepy. The windows kept poping for some reason. The toilet and shower is extremely old. The furniture is very old & out dated. This is a nasty out dated hotel. I definitely will not stay here again until remodeled.
