Home away fro home We have stayed here several times and have experienced a wonderful time. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming! We love coming here knowing how great our time here will be like being home.

Ok Hotel - but shuttle service not a guarantee I specify stayed at this hotel for the shuttle service from hotel to airport. I set it up with the front desk, was told it was all good. That morning when we came down for the shuttle, I inquired at the front desk where we would be met, and was told there was no shuttle scheduled. And there was no way to get a shuttle there in time for our flight. Having to scramble last minute to find a way to the airport was stressful. The black-out curtain in our room didn't completely close. There is a light on a post outside that shines directly into the room, and where the bed is located. Wasn't optimal. Hotel bed was comfortable. Hotel was close to a taco bell, McDonalds, and a good BBQ restaurant. Breakfast was good. The location is safe,

Terrible management and Dirty rooms The management has changed over the years this place is no longer family friendly or customer service orientated. The night manager will not work to solve any problems and will not even answer your questions. We had 8 rooms with most staying two nights there for the Funeral of my mother under different names. One had not been cleaned and had drunk beer cans behind the curtains. They had no one to clean it they advised. One had the AC stuck at 55 degrees with no way of adjusting it and no room to switch to as they were full. One room had no sheets or blankets on one of the beds and hotel staff said they were all out. One room had excessive amounts of pubic hair in the bathtub that came out in clumps while using the shower as the drain was plugged. One room the sink ran all night and would not shut off. To top it off due to a misunderstanding in the pool area where a family member took a picture of some family members swimming a drunk person claimed that a picture was taken of their teen daughter which was not the case. There were several witnesses to dispute that nothing inappropriate was done and the pics in the pool area were of family members kids some of which we had not seen in many years. The Hotel manager would not listen to our family’s side of the story and even cancelled that family members room for the next day making them not be able to be with family members the night before the funeral with no explanation of what Hotel policy was violated. We have stayed her many times since 2013 but will never be back again. I have contacted the Hotel Asst manager several times with no response at all. I asked for an investigation of this matter with no response.

He’ll on earth Worst hotel experience in 38 years by far. Paying outrageous amounts of money to be treated unfairly by an emotional and fact ignoring manager. Paid over 300 for a night of hell and unfair treatment. Place isn’t very clean but the lack of management skills is really what puts this place amongst the very worst.

Not reliable Can’t recommend this hotel. The first time we tried to check in we couldn’t because their system was down. We came back later but only to be told that they were overbooked and cannot accommodate us here. They sent us to another hotel couple of miles away even though we had a reservation at that hotel.
