Pierre is so wonderful!! Pierre was the absolute best. We had some traveling issues and he helped us out so much. He was amazingly kind and truly cares about his customers. 100% will be back just to stay at his hotel. I cannot thank him enough for his hospitality and warm welcome.

Great hotel! I had an amazing experience and stay! The view from my 7th floor room.wss the most beautiful I have ever experienced. The restaurant and pool staff were extremely helpful. Pierre checked me in and was very professional and engaging. I will be back to visit in the future.

Great stay! Great stay! Staff was very friendly, service was great food was bomb.l, they allowed us to check in early, check out late and they held our bags while we went exploring waiting for our flight. The only thing I could have asked for was a gym with mirrors in it so I could make sure my form was right. Otherwsie it was a good experience

Best front desk checkin We checked in with Pierre at the front desk. He was so friendly and helpful, and checked us in very quickly. The hotel room is really well kept and very pristinely cleaned. The staff all greeted us with a smile. The proximity to citi field is very important for our stay! 10/10 would recommend!

Great location and service. The hotel is great for overnights whilst connecting from JFK to LGA. The check in was fast and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There was a small issue with the HVAC but was addressed by management quickly. Management was great, very hospitable and professional. The bed was comfortable. Check out was fast and friendly. There was a complimentary shuttle with a helpful and friendly driver. A great plus. Hilton points are awarded for the stay as a Gold member.
