The Best LaGuardia Airport Hotel During the pandemic this hotel was completed updated throughout the property. I found the food to be good and the bed to be excellent. When I had questions, the staff were right there to answer them. I recommend the hotel to you.

Only place I’ll stay for LaGuardia airport The shuttle is very very on-time. I mean like that movie Baby Driver on time. They will pick you up at your rental return extremely fast. The lady at the front desk treated me like a friend. The website actually showed the room availability accurately. The service desk actually picks up the phone. They are both warm and professional. No joke, we drove around for about 45 minutes trying to find a better deal. Fuggettaboutit, stay here if you are flying out of LaGuardia. I will stay no other place on my way out of NYC.

Zero Customer Service The check in process at this hotel was disappointing to say the least. The front desk staff seemed rushed and there was zero mention of any elite status. When a flight crew member came to the desk...the front desk staff totally ignored me and started talking to the crew member. I had to ask if I was done. No discussion of any amenities etc...Ambassador Elite members...beware of this hotel. This hotel caters to the flight crews and other customers are not a priority. They should change the name to New York LaGuardia Airport Flight Crew Marriott...:(

What a disappointment. The front desk the lady with the glasses was yelling on the phone. We stayed the night because our flight was early and didn't want to go through a nail bitting drive to catch our plane. The room had some kind of oil or lotion in large streaks as well on the bathroom floor. I slipped and my husband caught me and he felt himself slip. We notified the desk and when we got back from what they called our dining experience which was hamburger and a ruben with way too many fries. I was looking forward to a real meal not pub food with terrible service. I walked around and sat at four tables befor there was a clean one. and for $300. we had to pay for wifi for each device so we had to pay for each laptop and the phone fee. NEXT Time I will research better and if they're all the same I'd rather save the money and sleep at the airport. Everything was

Below Marriott Standards I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 20 years. Clearly it has deteriorated without much attention to detail. Do not be fooled by the façade which looks modern and new. Once you get past the lobby it becomes clear that this hotel has not been upgraded or renovated in many years. The chipped and cracked paint on the elevator doors, the outdated carpeting in the hallways lead to dark and dreary rooms with outdated furniture. Only the bathrooms look like they were recently redone. The service from the front desk to the food service is nothing but average. Stay elsewhere and save your money
