Beautiful and accommodating property! The rooms that have two kingsize beds with separate doors within the suite for each bedroom and their own private bathrooms are excellent for privacy. Even though the pullout couch bed was not comfortable at all in the room that I stayed in, we were able to hack it by putting the seat cushions under the mattress. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and one bathroom was a straight shower. Plenty of bathroom counter space, full length mirrors on the closet doors and an equipped kitchen with real utensils, plates, cups and pots to cook on the electric stove if you so desire. A full size refrigerator and flat screen TVs in each bedroom and the living room area made it feel like an apartment. The pool , workout room, laundry and business room were available to use. It’s pet friendly. The location is excellent for shopping as there is a mall, five minutes away and tons of eateries and supermarkets also five minutes or less away by car.

Horrible time-buyer beware! Sad to say we have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never had such a poor experience. The staff at the front desk were kind and caught in a bad position. To begin with 3 of the 4 washers were not working. When I tried to use the last one it ended up breaking down and it took me until 2 am to squeeze and rinse out my clothes to try to dry. There was no compensation for the cost of all the extra drying cycles. This is something that happens frequently. Housekeeping didn't come to replace towels and provide toilet paper. The desk would only give one roll of tp as if it were a rare commodity. The beds are very uncomfortable and the bathrooms need to be repaired and painted. We had brown water in our shower the first two days. We had asked for a meeting room for a family gathering. We were asked to use the bar area when the hour got later and more guests had checked in. The bartender was closing the bar when we were moving into the area and he got very loud and abusive and became threatening as he came around the bar towards one of our family members. I brought this all to the attention of management who basically blew us off. The bartender told us he quit that night and it was our fault. He didn't. He is still there. All this being said we will NOT be staying at the Hyatt House Plymouth Meeting ever again. We have spent thousands of dollars at this hotel over the years and truly expected something a little better.

Great spot for family! Stayed here to celebrate a special occasion with family from far away and had a wonderful time! Rooms were amazing, the pictures of the suite on the website when we booked did not do the place justice. Breakfast was amazing, and staff was helpful in identifying gluten free options for our family (which there were plenty!). 9 year old loved the pool, and we all slept better than at home. 10/10 would stay again!
