stay at hotel staff was very good room was clean and enjoyed my stay breakfast was fresh and coffee was also very good i would stay there again

Disappointed stay as a Choice Reward member Average attempt at renovating. Overpriced hotel for the Quality. Door to room did not consistently lock when we closed the door. Normally stay at a Hilton property, but rooms were limited due to an event occurring in town. Floor in bathroom looked dirty. Old shower but the sink looked new. The hallways smell of smoke.

Not happy. Overpriced!!! It was definitely overpriced for what we experienced. The room had a terrible odor. It was extremely musty which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast that was offered was not appealing at all, therefore, we did not eat there. I upgraded & paid extra to be on main floor since we were not informed there were no elevators. My husband had knee surgery & could not walk stairs. We barely slept due to the smell of the room. Very disappointing…

Quality Inn? More like lack of Quality Inn We chose the hotel because it was a top 10 rated on trip advisor. It was advertised as breakfast included so that was a factor in our choice too. The lobby seemed newer and clean, and we were given directions to our room. The back side of the hotel needs a lot of work, not only cosmetically, but also structurally, the columns supporting a connecting bridge were cracked considerably. Going into the side we had rooms in there was a light bulb in the stairway just hanging from the wall, the walls had several patches that were unpainted, our room had missing molding and a small refrigerator that had missing parts inside. The outlets and switches were very old, the paint on the bathroom door frame was worn off. Overall, it looked like a 30+ year old hotel that had not been maintained. The complimentary breakfast consisted of a waffle, small cups for coffee, and juice. The mini muffins were stale, and the room they had dedicated for breakfast was tiny with only a few tables and no air conditioning. As for the restaurant/bar the poster in the hallway had prices listed that were considerably lower than what was shown on the copy paper menu we were given. If we had known what the prices were before going we would have gone down the road to a restaurant and gotten a better meal for considerably less. If this is a highly rated hotle in the area, I would hate to see how bad the lower rated ones are, especially for the prices charged.

Photos online are definitely staged this hotel looks nothing like this!!!!! Do NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP. We slept in our car in the parking lot because of how disgusting these rooms were. No cable in none of the rooms & roof leaked above the bed sheets were DIRTY! Hotel is TRASH!
