Disappointing We are very frequent users of this hotel (3 times already this year). However, this last stay was not at all up to what we have come to   expect and appreciate here. One positive was that the woman who checked us in (and have spoken to many times on the phone  - (Evelyn?) was just as pleasant and helpful as ever. However, the minuses this time left us questioning our future stays. After 4 trips down for breakfast (still on "take away" status - which we expected) each time there was almost nothing to get - no muffins, no sandwiches, no milk, almost no milk .  Also there was a very large stain on the carpet in our room. It should have been cleaned before assigning that room again. Also, there was barely any silverware -  1 knife, 2 spoons and 1 fork, Hardly enough for 2 people. This was a family reunion and I just was upset that things were not as good as we have usually experienced. We might think twice about continuing out frequent use of this hotel.

Wonderful stay during Labor day weekend We were pleasantly surprised by the setup in the room- there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full kitchen and a living room. The 6 of us (three adults and 3 kids) didn’t feel cramped at all during our 3 nights stay here. Complimentary breakfast was offered even though the outdoor pool remain closed due to COVID-19. Breakfast items were all individually wrapped (baked goods, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit cup, granola bars) plus coffee and juices. They also provided gloves. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. During our stay there, we only received housekeeping once because we requested it. Otherwise, I am not too familiar with the general policy during the covid-19 environment. Overall it was a great choice and the price was very affordable during a holiday weekend.

The most relaxing, satisfying hotel stay I've ever had in the US I almost always find something not to like about hotels, but I absolutely loved Cresthill Suites. The front desk staff were always cheerful, friendly, warm and helpful. The room was beautiful with big windows and a lovely view of trees right outside. It was very quiet and peaceful. I rarely heard any noise from plumbing, other guests or traffic. It was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated and I had everything I needed...even free laundry! I made myself a nice chicken dinner in the standard oven, using the utensils provided. Clean up was easy. I had no problems with the wifi. The layout was pleasing and functional. The price was lower than prices I could find elsewhere. Wegmans and Aldi are only about 3 miles away. I don't usually like hotel room or restaurant coffee but I even liked the coffee they provided in the room: Wolfgang Puck. Staff always wore masks as did most of the other hotel guests. Floor markers for social distancing were prevalent. I felt safe and secure here. I am downright sad to be leaving. If the price were right I would live here.

Excellent for Extended Stay! We stayed at this property for 2 weeks while waiting for our house to close. It could not have been a more perfect choice! Having the suite set-up with kitchen is great. We had a small dog with us, and the pet areas were super convenient. The entire staff was so friendly, and went above and beyond. Housekeepers were very attentive to whatever we needed. Would highly recommend. Thank You!

Overrated I could write about expectations and the overall experience all day. In my opinion, they do a good job here; I just never had the warm and fuzzy feeling I read about this place. Remote did not work in room and heat was hard to come by from the in room unit. One garbage in room. The amenities were good.
