Doubletree more of a conference hotel This Doubletree appears to be more of a conference hotel than a family vacation facility. Older facility but met our needs. Close to our family in East Syracuse. The hotel staff were very cordial & helpful. The inhouse restaurant was very busy for the morning breakfast but handled the crowd well.

Solid Doubletree hotel The hotel was perfect for business, we didn’t use the pool. We got in late as we were working, and the restaurant had closed, so we went next door for dinner. Good to have that option. Breakfast in the morning was good. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and i got a good nights sleep. Love the cookies.

A Beautiful Experience With this being our first time staying at this Double Tree hotel, my husband and I was appreciative of the nice front desk staff when checking in and the consideration given to us for the hot tub. The room was clean and neat with trees nestled outside for a quiet view. Worst Hotel Ever Absolutely the worst stay in a hotel ever. We travel all over the country frequently and have never experienced a stay like this one. Everyone drunk, yelling, screaming until all hours of the night. Called the front desk and they state there is nothing they can do. Walked down to the front desk at 11pm and the lobbynos full of drunk adults and screaming children. Absolutely no quiet at all in this hotel and no enforcement of any kind of rule. If you expect to get a nights sleep do not stay here.

Clean and quiet! Our room was clean and large. Comfy bed. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Located right off thruway which is helpful. Dog friendly. We heard no noise (except for crazy wind! and can’t do much about that.) We come that way often so will be back!
