Nice! Very good. I enjoyed all aspects of our stay. I slept very well in the bed and the lobby’s market had very good options to make our stay more enjoyable. I might suggest more outlets near the bed but that’d be the only thing I could think of. We’ll be back in Syracuse soon hopefully!

Perfect! I love how Springhill Suites are ready for families. The pullout beds are super comfortable (and so are the real beds) and the extra sheets and blankets are ready in the room. Breakfast had a wide assortment of choices. It’s perfect for a family with three kids!

Very nice First time visitor to Syracuse and here with a friend for CNY visit. Unfortunately it was still in the brown and Spring hasn't come up yet. A few minutes from the airport and around other hotels around it. The layout of the room was a little odd but the beds were very comfortable. The Mall isn't too far away and is the largest in the state. Josh was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about local eateries/food establishments. About the only issue around this locale is that it is hard to find a Uber/Lyft, usually takes around 30-45 minutes. Food-wise, be ready to spend a small fortune on GrubHub or others due to the prices and fees of the eatery you buy from.

Great value, convenient location Had a great two night stay while visiting Syracuse University. Room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. Staff was welcoming. Nice grab and go breakfast options included. Lots of covid protocols in place. Short drives to campus, downtown, and airport.

Incredible value! This SpringHill Suites has spacious rooms recently remodeled, looking brand new. Nice-sized sitting/working area separated by a half wall from the bedroom. Friendly staff and good amenities. Great promotional rates if staying five nights or more. One of the best hotel values in which I’ve stayed.
