Relaxing weekend Friendly and helpful staff (Silvie, Loren and Steven were great!), clean peaceful environment with a beautiful pool. Absolutely loved that they keep big bottles of dove products in the bathroom. We had a relaxing time and plan on coming back within the next few weeks just for a little getaway!

A real treat! I’m surprised about all the complaining. For me, this was one of the better stays I’ve had, and I travel/stay in hotels frequently. Checkin- very speedy which I like. Was put on the 4th floor as I requested. The suite with sofa bed is a real treat! Imagine my surprise when what I thought was a closet ended up being a full second bathroom! The master has a real king bed (other hotels pass off a queen as a king, not here). The master bathroom has double sinks and even a rainfall showerhead. Almost felt like being at home! The hotel itself is very, very clean. The lobby is quite nice- I was not expecting it from the looks of the outside and desolate location. The gym is large and clean (just need wipes to wipe off the equipment). There is a large outdoor pool (still closed obviously). Would definitely stay here again! It’s a half hour-ish from Princeton yet you get such a bang for your buck!

Not a good place. • Stayed 2 nights at the Holiday Inn East Windsor- Cranberry Area, NJ in October 2023. • Receptionist seemed unhappy and bothered by us when we checked in. Not very pleasant to the point of being RUDE! • Room not made up after first night. Had to personally find housekeeper to get clean towels. • Bath towels thin like in a cheaper hotel. Expected more. • Tub for shower did not drain well and the tub floor is VERY slippery. • There was no micro wave in the room. I did however see one in the room where I found the housekeeper when I went to get clean towels and non decafe coffee. • Had only decafe coffee in room. Asked at the front desk for regular coffee. Received more decafe, Went to find housekeeper and got regular coffee. • Would have expected more for $247 per night.

Customer service is gone Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The reception team never even looks you in the eye. They act like you are bothering them when you are just trying to check in it out. The market is ridiculously priced. They charge 8.00 for a water. The tv’s are outdated with no movie channels or streaming ability. The bar closes at 10. The rooms are clean that’s why I am giving them the few stars that I am. The biggest issue is that they need to train their employees who work in the customer service industry to treat people with respect and dignity.

Perfect stop for travelers all round! Maybe the nicest Holiday Inn hotel weve ever stayed at! Just spacious and beautiful even had usb ports which we appreciated after a long drive. Arrived late and were taken care of by a great guy whos name I cannot recall and feel badly about as he was so sincere and helpful! Irish guy who works the graveyard he took the time to explain a better route for us on our destination and was so well spoken my spouse said he could have been on the radio. He said "sir" and "maam" which I find rare in service today and even turned down a tip saying he was just happy to help make our trip better as he doesnt have as much interaction working so late! We went to our room and slept like babies. In the morning we stopped for a quick breakfast and Miss Maya was a beautiful hostess. Had a lovely chat with another couple traveling about highway construction delays. Another thing I noticed because I studied architecture in college is how brightly lit every area of this hotel seemed in the daytime. The entrance lobby and the hall leading to the dining area was so bright it felt like a good morning and we were sad to leave! We wanna again give a big thanks to the staff we interacted with and the kitchen made a great morning meal!
