Nice hotel and staff We stayed here on Sunday night to check out the hotel, given that we have a wedding there soon. It was nice, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a little worn but nice. I am struck by the odd picture in the lobby with a Western motif. The rooms were quite variable. It appears that my wife and I were in an efficiency hotel room compared with my brother and sister-in-law's room. Odd that the rooms would vary so much. It was workable but odd.

Great location Great location for walking around the downtown area. Room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. As it’s an old building I could hear people walking around and talking. Things settled down early and I did get a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly.

Just ok Stayed at the house instead of Inn for upscale experience 45th anniversary. Just ok. Nothing special. Shampoo And Conditioner, not Even body lotion. For extra $$$$one would expect upscale amenities but there were none. Half of The hose closed and shut Down. Very quiet and creepy. Late check in. No Staff at house to help. Very disappointed.

Decent property needs to review its check in and and check out hours . Second stay at this property within one year . The rooms are well appointed though on certain floors (3rd especially) the noise from adjoining rooms travels through . Had to change rooms as the one next door had small children who kept howling. Decent set of toiletries and adequate bathroom though on the smaller side . My first stay had been excellent hence the return visit . However this time whilst the receptionist during check in a certain Ms Jordan was excellent, friendly and accommodating, however the person at check out on the 27th of May 2024 , was rather curt and condescending. Clearly in need of some training in basics of hospitality. Aside the hotel would be well advised to revisit its check in time which is at 4.00 PM not per standard industry which should be at 3.00 PM if not at 2.00 PM as check out is pegged at 11.00AM . Clearly this is too short . One feels shortchanged.

Easton Gem Phenomenal hotel and restaurant. Everyone working there is very friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. Parking was a snap behind in the hotel lot. Onsite restaurant and bar was also very good!
