Great visit!! We booked the hotel through the Crayola experience package deal for my husband, myself and our 4 year old son. We had a great experience! The hotel and room was beautiful, and the hotel right in the heart of the city for easy walking to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely be making a return trip!

Looks are deceiving The good: Gorgeous views from the tenth floor and deep window sills to sit and look out. Huge suite, lots of space. Excellent coffee in the cafe on the ground floor. The bad: Our suite was spartan-bare walls, no art, no rugs, stained carpet in bedroom. nothing cozy about this place. The shower water temperature starts out nice then becomes freezing about two minutes in. The windows are dirty. The pool room was suffocatingly hot.

Not Clean or safe - watch out for Needles We stay in a two-bedroom suite for 3 days. At first look, it seemed really nice, but when you take a closer look not so much. There were various items such as cardboard and even a toy that were sticking out from underneath the couch, which led me to believe that this room could not have been cleaned that well. The water temperature in the showers was erratic, you could not get a steady temperature ever. First it would be cold, then you would get burned, and then cold again, without ever turning the knob. There were signs in the elevator stating that quiet hours were 11:00pm to 7:00am, yet on Saturday night there was a loud party that started at 11:00pm right above our room, and nothing was done about it. The final insult was on the last night I was looking for an extra blanket in the front closet, when I reached up to pull it down a HYPODERMIC NEEDLE fell from the top shelf down onto the floor, thankfully I moved out the way quick enough that it did not touch me. It was late and since it was our last night I took a blanket, and used it to push the needle into the corner of the closet, and closed to the door. I was so disturbed by this - this room clearly had not been cleaned. When we told management about it in the morning they said let us know when we were coming back, they would give us a better rate - not apology, nothing - WE ARE NOT COMING BACK and if you concerned about safety you should not go either.

Great location but not sure I’d stay again.... Stayed here with my husband and toddler so we could visit Crayola Experience. Great location to walk there plus all the shops and restaurants in town! If you want to be really convenient to Crayola, it’s the best choice. But...not sure we would stay here again. We had a king room with whirlpool tub and our room was really small. Probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in and I am well traveled. Fortunately it was only 1 night. I get its a historic property (our home is historic so we get it); I called the front desk right away and was told there were 2 weddings coming in and we couldn’t be moved. Yet I barely saw any guests around. Some strange things like a guest rule policy document we had to sign and read at check in and quiet hours. The continental breakfast really didn’t have much.

Beautiful, Secure, Good Location I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Michael and Sharon were at the desk and they were professional and accommodating in every way. Very easy to speak to and would give suggestions and recommendations of places. The building is very secure, you need a key to use the elevator. Parking was very accessible. The rooms were very nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.
