Bed bug infested Arriving after a long drive, the staff was friendly. The shower floor was filthy and the bar soap wasn’t good. Marriott is a wonderful hotel to stay at but this one particular hotel was not. As i was getting ready for bed, I heard a noise and looked around to see what it was. I found a bedbug on the ceiling in the corner and another bedbug under a pillow. The ceiling looked rusted and I left the hotel and went elsewhere. There was also a previous bed bug report in 2015.

Don't stay here This was our first experience staying at a Sheraton hotel. My husband and I went for one night. The room was small with low ceilings. There was no microwave. There was no iron or ironing board. We had to go to the front desk to request it. The knob in the shower was broken and fell off. One of the lamps in the room was leaning and looked unstable. There were nuts on the floor and a hand print on the mirror from the previous people who were there. When you looked outside the window there were a ton of black winged bugs congregating (I know that is outdoors and not the hotels fault). Overall, staying in a Holiday Inn would have been much better than staying here.

Bed was not changed Found hair on the bed not just one 3 , no idea how they can give a room in Covid situation without cleaning the room. No food service was another down point. would not choose to stay here again. An elite member of Marriott , never had experienced anything like this ever n this hotel is not upto the bench mark of Marriott .

Really nice staff and attempted to help but really poor hotel Keeping this short and sweet. Super staff front front desk to engineer but hotel is run down, dirty rooms and no AC anywhere to be found. Lobby was nice enough and cool but every room and meeting room was no less than 74 degrees with hotel room being 76 degrees. Attempted to change rooms and even walked around with engineer into multiple rooms with no ac to be found. Rooms poorly cleaned where I had to disinfect them myself. Poor location of hotel, no food option at hotel except for Thur-Sat. As ambassador member and lifetime platinum, there are many better places to stay but again, staff super friendly. We had left over pizza and salad and I gave to the super sweet staff.

Better Customer Service!! I was staying here for my first time after waiting for the Renovations To get done. The rooms are okay, but some staff needs primary customer service skills. I was planning to come back since I'm going to need to be in this area. But now I'm thinking twice if I want to go back since they don't value their elite members, especially me being a titanium member. So pls take care of the issue. Thanks!!
