This is it! Never staying here again. I was disappointed with this Hampton in 2023. The room had hair in the bathroom. The chair was dirty. There was a toothpick on the floor. I wiped the stool and the wipe was dirty. At check in, the desk person called out the room number. Other hotels will write it on the envelope of the card. Saying the room number out loud is a serious safety issue. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We stayed there again October 2024. Also disappointed. I don't know why we did it again. This time our room was not cleaned until after6 pm. It seems the staff did not show. In cases like this, management must step in. Also hair everywhere. The air didn't work. this is it. I would have stayed at Fairfield or holiday inn, but they were sold out. I think that's a clue about this hotel. This is not up to Hilton standards at all!

Clean, kind front desk, would recommend!! The front desk attendant was extremely helpful when I called for batteries for the remote. Within five minutes, my TV was up and running. He was both kind and hardworking. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was clean and fully stocked. The area felt safe, and there was ample parking, including handicap-accessible spaces. I would definitely recommend staying here.

NEVER RETURNING The evening clerk would rather watch tv than help you. I stood at desk not realizing the young kid in the chair IN FRONT O THE TV not behind the desk was in fact suppose to be the front desk person. I even said hello to the open office door and yet he didn’t get up nor see what I wanted. VERY TERRIBLE customer service. In the morning NO HOT EGGS IF YOU PREFER NO LACTOSE. I just don’t understand with all the attention given to people who have diff preferences I would think you could offer cheese that OF someone wanted it they could add on their own. Never returning

Worst experience ever Was charged for damage in room we didn’t do and they didn’t tell me they were going to and manager was very rude. Will never go back never have I had this happen to us and we stay in a lot hotel traveling for sports very dissatisfied . I will never be back .

Bed bugs. Bedbugs crawling on suitcase then found a decent sized infestation at the headboard and under the mattress. The staff was friendly and eager to help resolve the issue, but it’s just not up to par With the Hyatt name
