Waterpark Family Fun Went to hotel early in the day before check-in to get discounted tickets for waterpark. They informed us our room was ready which made getting settled easy. The location is great and the kids love it. Going from waterpark, to your room to get cleaned up, then for some shopping and food is easy.

Excellent hotel and exceptional mall I was very delighted by an exceptional customer service by Dennice . She is very supportive and assist us in getting the theme room. The hotel is superb with nice amenities. I definitely refer it to my friends and family. West Edmonton Mall is excellent mall in Alberta. This is must to do things when someone visiting prairie / rocky mountain

Fantasyland Hotel - where is the Fantasy? You guys need better maintenance in your rooms. The state of the theme room was beyond comprehension, not at all as advertised. And for $400/night?! Are you kidding me? $400/night to stay in a room with a stained mattress, no place to sit, banged up furniture and what looked like puke stains on the carpet? Again. You should all be ashamed and embarrassed of yourselves for charging the prices you charge and expecting people to stay in those rooms. World renowned hotel and that is the state you have allowed your hotel to fall into?! Where is your pride? When did you stop caring about the comfort and service to your guests and just turn into a greedy corporation that lets their hotel fall into disrepair simply because you can? Shameful. Clearly, the greed has taken over your soul and you stopped caring, long ago, about the comfort of your guests and your ability to make, what is most likely a once in a lifetime experience for some of your guests, a truly unforgettable, out of this world, first class experience. Do better, Fantasyland (maybe you should rebrand as Wasteland Hotel - it would be more on par with the actual experience). Do better.

Expensive for what you get The additional cost of the room just for the location was not worth it in my opinion. If you are going to book make sure not pay the full cost for a room. Also if you are going to partake in the attractions at the mall buy your passes from the hotel.

Being in the mall is worth it Room was spacious but found we were hunting for outlets to charge our phones and iPads. Toilet broke but maintenance didn’t take too long to fix it. Beds very comfy. Temperature of room easy to adjust and the best part is we were inside the mall. My kids loved that and the proximity to the water park.
