Great weekend away The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Donna, Jessica and Crystal at the front desk were lovely and very accommodating. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The Manager, Cathy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Wedding Weekend We got married at Renault and it was a wedding venue and enjoyed every part of our experience at the hotel and restaurant and cafe! Food was amazing and the hotel was beautiful and so clean! I cannot say enough good things about our experience and wedding weekend!

The service was awful. we had to walk out after sitting in an empty restaurant with no service We went for breakfast, what a huge disappointment .. we sat for 15 minutes. There was no one in the restaurant except 4 people at the bar and one couple at another table. There were activities outside. The manager walked past us 3 times and once called a waitress to help us. No one came, not a drink of water or a cup of coffee.. this was going to be my mothers day breakfast because my kids are going to be away. Needles to say we left... the manager asked what happened... The bold face lying manager played dumb like he didn't tell the waitress to wait on us or see us sitting for 15 minutes. so.. if you having a wedding or an event... my suggestion.. find another venue..... this one has horrific service

Nowhere near worth the price First off you should limit the times contractors are doing work. Woke up to power tools running outside my room (the highest room they offer) at 7:30am. Then without any notice water was shut off to the room, leaving no ability to shower or use the toiletfor more than 5 hrs. When we complained, they noted that we had booked through Expedia(?), so I guess we're not expected have basic necessities??? The offered a $25.00 credit on breakfast that had cost $52.00 the previous day.

Beautiful grounds and hotel. We’ll have to try a redo due to no dining options available for our dinner We have been to the Renault winery for many many years and watched it’s decline. We saw that it was being revamped so We booked three rooms on a Monday to visit château Renault under its new ownership. The grounds are spectacular ,the hotel is beautiful ,the staff was wonderful but our dining options disappeared. We booked three rooms ( we are 6 seniors )and when trying to make a dinner reservation online we were not able to ..so we called Renault and was told that there was a dining option for us. Upon check-in ,in our room there was a flyer which also stated that we had a dining option for the evening. Lo and behold when we approached the front desk that dining option had been cancelled she said the day before. Leaving six seniors to now shuffle in to town to find another food option. Our visit there was absolutely lovely due to the fact that I was with fun-loving, play it by ear, make the best of it kind of group. A celebration was not as we planned but we made the best of it. We knew there were No wine tours on that day so we made our own. All doors and access to various rooms were open and since we knew the history of Renault we proceeded to venture into all the nooks and crannies of this beautiful establishment and it’s beautiful grounds and find new discoveries .They have outdoor fire pits though not working for the season .We would have loved that. There were great photo ops . It was truly a lovely overnight due to the fact that I was with a great group fun loving group. I would like to try it again for our next celebration but only with a nice dinner if possible. Note to Château Renault. Rooms with the Walk in shower very very slippery they require rubber mats in the shower. The robes and the make up mirror for the ladies was a nice touch. Disappointed but might try again
