Adult only hotel a must-stay! The Ashbrooke Hotel in Egg Harbor far exceeded our expectations. Love the pool area, sun deck with fire pit. The room was a large size with a couch and bar area. Along Highway 42 the Ashbrooke was quiet and convenient to all the Bay side villages.

Had a great day just overpriced This was a nice location and we really enjoyed our room. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in and the front desk made us wait the 15 min before going in the room, even though the maid had finished in the room. This was the most overpriced hotel we stayed at on our two week driving trip and didn’t feel it was worth what they charged.

We would definitely stay again We stayed 4 nights in May (shoulder season for Door County). Our room could not have been cleaner - it sparkled! Daily room service cleaned up the bar area where we made morning coffee. (The reception area also has coffee, juice, hard-boiled eggs and muffins.) After our daily excursions on the Peninsula, we enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and small exercise room. After dinner the outdoor fire pit was pleasant.

Weekend in Door County Beautiful hotel and grounds. Spotless and well kept. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice sized television. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or couples get away. Peaceful and relaxing. Great location.

Lovely hotel This was our first stay here to celebrate our anniversary in September. We were welcomed by a friendly woman at the front desk who checked us in and gave the basic check-in information about the hotel but we were surprised to hear that housekeeping service was NOT provided because of "protocols"??
What does that mean? Isn't Covid over? Are they using that as an excuse to not tidy up the room and give fresh towels? The nightly rate is not less, but they are giving their guests less service. The kind woman did say we could get fresh towels after the second night because we were staying 3 nights- Wow, lucky us. Our stay was pleasant- the suite was clean, bed was comfortable and another friendly front desk staff provided us with a corkscrew and wine glasses so we could enjoy our wine by the fire at the pool- which was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel but the management needs to re-establish daily housekeeping for their guests.
