disappointed I booked 2 rooms upon arrival 3:30 was checked in and wenn went to rooms they were fifty made front desk aware was asked to come back when we came back 4 hrs later one of the rooms was still dirty/never touched and was asked ro wait till they could clean it once they did my daughter had to wipe down dirty counters a s ask for disinfectant spray the room had an odor and tv did not work staff could not fix the issue and had limited resources...horrible experience

Worst service at front desk. I've stayed at many hotels for work and this was by far the worst stay. Front desk took forever to check me in with only 1 person in front of me. Some of the things in the hotel like the lotion bottle were used, not enough towels and no soap was privided.

El Cajon Best Western? WHY It started bad and got worse. Location behind a gas station was not easy to find but made it. Check in was set at 3pm and got there at 3:30 and was given the room on 1st floor. BIGGEST MISTAKE! I should have insisted on top floor. you park your car in front of the rooms, people running all night on 2nd floor and got zero sleep because of all the noise. The pool in the back is next to a dumpster with a homeless man watching everyone in the pool. Small pool and hot tube doesn't look like was cleaned for 2 years. Continental breakfast included a packaged cinnamon roll from 7-11, apple juice and a frozen burrito you have to stick in a micro back in your room. 2 very small pillows and when I questioned was told those are the pillows. they supply 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 0 hand towels. I called for a 2nd washcloth and 2 hand towels.

Nice motel - presently being upgraded The room was nice. Security walking the premises. Was a good value for San Diego area, but I believe this was because the motel is being upgraded, so photos of unfinished work in our room are attached. Working amenities, nice color scheme, wood-type flooring. Good breakfast box. Four different staff members I communicated with were attentive and friendly. Took my concern seriously when I said the phone didn't work!

operational deficiencies, rude and unsympathetic Booked thru priceline. Upon arrival was told could not check in because of system and operational problems. Front desk was rude, unsympathetic, despite having empty rooms would not honor reservation. Lobby bathroom, lacked toilet paper, protecters and paper towels not installed. Don't go here.
