Bed bugs bite The place LOOKED clean, but I woke up to find both my ankles and the areas above them filled with rashes from bed bug bites despite their claiming 5 points clean in the room!!! I have used Cortisone cream for 3 days now to no avail. So wear socks or something to protect your skin.

The worst first experience ever Rude management I booked 2 Queen beds,Sofa sleeper Accessible they didn’t have my room available.The refrigerator didn’t work while there. I requested a refund the manager declined and he slammed the door in my face

Kati was awesome Kati was awesome she was very friendly and when the lock battery had problems she jumped into action and changed them and was a awesome weekend. Will definitely stay here again when coming to El Paso.

Horrible Management! I recently stayed at this location for a week, as I have in the past. Most of the staff was nice, except for the Regional Manager David. The day after I left I realized I had left a couple of important items in the bathroom. I called the front desk immediately and she said to call back in the morning when the lost and found closet was open. I called back the next morning and spoke to the Assistant Manager and she said she didn't find the items. I asked if she could have the Manager, David call me back when he arrived. When I spoke to him, he said he threw the items out! I asked him why he didn't bother to call me to let me know and he said it is not his responsibility. He yelled at me and said it was days ago when it happened and he doesn't have the room to store any items. and it is wasn't his responsibility to contact the guest. Don't bother staying in this dirty and dated place with horrible management!

Bad Very bad place. They clean once every two weeks. When I canceled they only return $75 from $400 plus. Also, when I asked if they can clean at a later time because I worked night shift and sleep during the day they dint want to.
